I figure I might as well be snide about the characters since I'm bored and immune to most campaigns.
Itomimizu & Chuchun: Etc. guys with cool hats and masks.
Hina: Boring marine whose lines I read in a typical Hulk voice.
Megalo: Lulzy shark. The light of the Fishman Island arc.
Ryuboshi and Manboshi: Annoying and mostly useless pair whose only memorable moment was when we learned why they do annoying things(touching as it was).
Don Krig & Absalom: I.. wat. Where do you people come up with these things.
Ishley & Friends: I'd buy Ishley and the one with blue hair if that seahorse comes with her.
Arlong: One of the best villains in the series. No snide comment here.
Madam Shirley: Sexy as hell mermaid with cool abilities who deserves more panel time. I'm pretty sure the bit about her being Arlong's sister was one of the most tacked on things in the series though.
Strawberry: Stock vice admiral with a strangely cool head. Also, he took down Fisher Tiger. That gets him some points.
Dr. Kureha: Cool old lady.
Buggy: He's only likable when with Alvida and company. Otherwise make him go away, please.
Fukurou: lol
Wadatsumi: LOL
Saul: He taught Robin to laugh. Respect.
Kuma: Boring.
