I didn't get why limiting Ichigo was treated as a bad thing in last week's chapter and I'm confused with the chapter this week. Could someone explain? Anything? Maybe it's the translation? So Ichigo thinks that Ukitake gave him the limiter to choose whether to fight or not? I'm not sure. Half this chapter was just dragging stuff on and there's whole 2 doublespreads which are mostly white.

I'll leave my review of this chapter to just a few brief thoughts.
So how does Ichigo going Bankai break the PSP containment field (I can't believe I wrote that) exactly? Not that I'm complaining about getting Ichigo and Ginjou out of yet another fake karakura town.
There was no reason Ichigo going Bankai should've been a double page spread. No reason. I know Kubo pads out his pages but seriously, this is just weak.
Why did Ichigo freak out last week and yet now he's all "Oh I knew Ukitake was weird and all" this week?
Hey Ichigo, if your friends wanted your power back so badly, why'd they wait so long to help? Seriously this timeskip was pointless.
I'll be fair, all Energy Steroid jokes aside, Ginjou's Bankai doesn't actually look bad. It could be worse, but the mark/scar on Ginjou's face is just tacky as hell. Oh and yet another double page spread that could've worked as one page (though ideally just one very large panel on a single page for an author that doesn't pad his pages out). PADDING PADDING PADDING PADDING PADDING.

I'm not gonna lie: I think the action in Naruto has been really fun lately. I do not give a shit about Madara or Tobi as characters, and couldn't care less about who's behind the mask, but at least, they provide some neat battles…well, Madara, the jinchuuriki and the 5 kages at least. So quite frankly, by its own standards, I think Naruto is okay currently, "battle"-wise.

To be fair, Ginjou was apparently a former substitute shinigami. So it's conceivable that he at least knows how to Bankai even if until recently he didn't have the means to do it.

Assuming that somehow substitute shinigami powers and fullbring powers work roughly the same and/or work together somehow it's possible that Ginjou's fullbring sword was like a weaker/different version of his original zanpakuto he had as a substitute shinigami. Kind of like how Ichigo's still-unnamed fullbring was pretty much a watered down version of his normal shinigami powers. So it's sorta possible Ginjou may be able to bankai.
I'm not defending this line of logic in the slightest. Kubo just telling us "oh fullbring powers work together with substitute shinigami powers" without any sort of explanation why is still idiotic. This is just the most "likely" explanation I can come up with. And even then the most likely explanation could be totally wrong in the realm of Bleach, where unlogic is god and previous explanations for things are often contradicted with other things for no reason.

A TRIP TO bleach ASYLUM YIELDS: HOW ICHIGO BROKE THE BOX
because his reiatsu is still the nature of what it was back in deicide. Ichigo had transcended aizen's dimension of power, who had destroyoed koutotsu, a "being of reason". While he is in no way as powerful as he was in deicide, his reiatsu is still of a transcendental nature, especially in his bankai state.
His powers are a fusion of both shinigami and fullbring, and ginjou said that power "transcended the shinigami". Given what we saw happen to "invaders must die", it also transcends the power of fullbringers as well. Not only is ichigo back as a shinigami, but he's also back as a transcendental.

This worst thing is that Ginjou, at least in my mind, is still more aesthetically pleasing than Ichigo's new outfit.
Hell I would've given Ginjou's Bankai form at least a passing grade if it weren't for that weird ass scar or mark thing on his face. Seriously what's with that? It's like getting a new guitar only to throw a bunch of weird stickers all over it.
