I liked it and I'll probably even watch the next 1 or 2 episodes before dropping it again. It didn't feel dragged out, the art was ok and I enjoyed the voice actor switcheroo. I also liked the fact they brought back the artist who did We Are, even though the song wasn't as good and was way too long and the video sucked. I'm aware the quality's going to drop tremendously very soon but for the time being I can definitely say this was a pretty good episode.

What make the fake Strawhats EVEN funnier was the fact that the real Strawhats Seiyu played each one of the fake characters. So far this is who I figured out:
Fake Sogeking= Franky
Fake Nami= Chopper

The anime isn't just going to skip entire scenes.
Chapter 598 (the chapter used for this episode) had 5 more pages than usual, and 5 pages were left out of this episode. The 5 pages that were left out were very dialog heavy. I'll be very surprised if they get to the end of chapter 599 in the next episode. I actually expect them to have even more pages left over.

I didn't think that tone dials were that common though? My interpretation was that the "T" might stand for transponder (like a transponder snail), so it would be a Transponder Disc. But if tone dials are more common, then tone dial would work too.
I like thinking that a denden mushi disc player is this poor flat-shelled snail that's probably frowning like the rare white ones.

So it might have already been mentioned but did anyone else notice that they misspelled Usopp's name in the intro as Usoppu? The series has only been around for a decade you would think the anime would at least know how to spell the main characters names by now… Bah.

I loved everything about this episode,the only thing that pissed me off about it was the little sequence in the opening where they showed upcoming characters in the Fishman Island arc…..with everyone except Jinbe =_= I mean darn whats up with all the Jinbe neglect! Oda himself is doing it with his color spreads in the manga as well. I think this current spread is the second one to feature Shirahoshi [[now her brothers and Father]] anyway great episode.

My God, why did you have to bring that abomination of a post up again? Yeah, I know it looked obvious. Self-study of a language is pretty tough; especially that the Spanish I learned in high school is almost all forgotten. When the Chinese scans of a chapter show up, I like to take a peek at it and later compare it to Mangastream's. BBS is getting better with the little quirks they often miss out in translating, so I've been keeping up with both versions.
After watching Funi's subs several times, I'm feeling a bit picky about them. "It's important that we don't wake up"? Come on, Funi. I went literal in my translations, but they're pretty accurate nonetheless.
Here's to hoping that Tanaka voices Fake Robin! And K. Yamaguchi voicing Fake Zoro, Kazuya voicing Fake Sanji… That leaves Okamura or Y. Yamaguchi to voice Fake Chopper. Wow, that's a nice selection. Already impatient for next week...

! I wouldn't worry about that … him being absent in the manga colorspread just further implies he'll join and later on appear in a color spread with the crew.
The same could go for openings ... IF they decide not to do the massive spoiler they had when Robin appeared in the third opening before she joined in the storyline.
If I remember correctly, Chopper wasn't shown in Believe, which was still used til near the end of Alabasta.
And Franky was only shown briefly in Brand New World, was absent in Crazy Rainbow Star, and wasn't added as a member of the crew until Jungle P.
This Opening will probably go until mid-Fishman Island, I really can't see an opening topping this one though. I personally think THE ROOTLESS should do another One Piece song. They're upbeat songs would work perfectly with the series. But "We Go!" is so awesome right now I don't even want to think about another Opening.
And plus Jungle P spoiled Thriller Bark, so it's not like this is the first time this has happened.
