Robin relies entirely on her Devil Fruit
….... You could say that about Luffy too. You could say that for just about every devil fruit user in this series. Does that make them less of a character? If I reverse that to saying Usopp only relies on his slingshot, how is it any different? Usopp's got great sniping skills, but I would have voted for him because he's got heart and can be brave when the situation calls for it. He also stood his ground against an admiral for the sake of friends. That's part of why I think he's great. Robin's also got more to her than powers.

Well, it's actually different for Luffy because Luffy has super strength and super determination. But I'm not going to go down this path again. I would agree that Robin has more to her in terms of personality than her Devil Fruit.
But still, vote for Usopp, the man who beat out his own captain in this tournament
