It actually survived from Sunday afternoon to Thursday night, then the rain finally got it (it survived a few smaller showers, though).
It was so awesome to walk past it a few times each day and watch people's reactions. :D

You know… I'd love to see a pokemon campaign, even though animation would be time-consuming. But hey, someone managed that for Share the Urouge. There's a lot of pokemon cross-overs with One Piece. Especially for Crocodile. I would know, having found 'em for last year's tournament. I wonder if Dofla would be helped by the presence of bird pokemon? I'm sure it'd win Nia over. I just thought of two campaigns, one for Dofla and one for Eneru, but the references are a bit obscure. Who here has heard of Nougami Neuro and/or Pani Poni Dash? Anyone? ...

Well, if you look at Dofla Jr.'s Plushie Army, you'll see a Charmander in the group. So it's not like Doflamingo don't have a pokemon plushie in his army. lol Plus Charmander evolves into a flying type later, a dragon. And dragons are said to be akin to dinosours, which later evolved into birds~

My reasons for voting Mihawk (in the process of posting when the thread was closed… >_> ):

! This vote was hard for me… I like them both very much.
! Ultimately, my vote went to Mihawk. As awesome as Hachi is, his story is mostly over. Once the Strawhats leave Fishman Island and truly enter the New World, Hachi will likely become simply another of the fondly-remembered characters left behind (ala Nojiko/Dr. Kureha/etc.). Mihawk, on the other hand, lent his aid in training Zoro during the Timeskip yet still marks the latter's ultimate challenge. His curious relationship with his own future rival (and seemingly hand-picked successor) as well as his continuing status as a Shichibukai - not to mention his friendship with a Yonkou - gives one the impression that much of his story is still to come. That sense of anticipation is what ultimately drives me to vote for him.
! Also, the man dueled Shanks. That's a fight I want to see.

With that out of the way… Sorry Sonic. I don't know that I have it in me to vote against Princess Shirahoshi.
