Apologizing for the Wall of text and double post:
@Captain:
He moved far enough away that no one ever saw him again. And really, that's a weak point; if you're moving away because an otherworldly entity is stalking you, you don't move a few blocks down the road. You move far, far away.
No one ever saw him again. Exactly. So how do we know where he was all this time?
Do you have any sort of concrete proof that could not have been Alex in that house?
Slenderman himself appears in multiple Totheark videos, while Alex was obviously in hiding from Slenderman (the "HELP" tape Alex sends where Slenderman/The Operator finds him wouldn'tve even been an issue if Alex had been Hangin' With Mr. Slender all this time).
The only TTA response I recall Slendy appearing in is Return.
See, we're assuming that Alex actually wanted help. But you can look at it another way that also makes sense. If Alex has been using J to figure out things that he couldn't, because Slendy was getting in his way, then the minute he heard J was giving up, what better way to keep him invested that letting him know his friend needs his help? Alex obviously knew where J was, even when he was on the run, that's how he got him the tape. And if Alex was truly in deep trouble, would he have taken the time out to make a video that elaborate then send a package to J asking for help when he could have just gone to him? Why waste all that time?
Also, in entry 26, when Slendy appeared Alex was not panicked at all, He was rushed, but he appeared to know what to do.
And if, Alex knew how to avoid Slendy for so long, wouldn't he also know to get his attention?
The Masked Man never chased Jay out. Jay ran out, but the Masked Man actively tried to attack him. He never wanted Jay gone. Just look at his appearance in Jay's room, or the TTA response where Jay is in a mind-controlled stupor with the Mask markings on his face. Then there's Masked Man/Tim acting as Jay's captor, of sorts, in the hotel. Tim never chased anyone out, he tried to subdue Jay anytime Jay started to learn something he shouldn't.
The only time he flat out attacked J was when J went into the house with a weapon. Even then, J never came into any harm from Masky. Not once was J injured by Tim. And, btw, if J runs out because Masky is attacking him, that's Masky chasing him out.
Also, there was no evidence of Masky acting as J's captor in the hotel. J could have left anytime he wanted. But he didn't. And the moment J decided to leave, Jessica vanishes and J finally enters her room to find the combination. Masky then waits to appear until J has opened the safe and stuffed all the tapes into his bag before halfheartedly attacking him.
As for not causing any harm to Jay, he friggin' jumped him at Alex and Brian's old house, and attacked him again at the hotel.
Brian's old house? I don't think J and Alex were there together. If you're talking about entry 35, then here's this bit o' good stuff:
Masky charged right past J, only knocking him down to get to Alex. J was never the target Masky wanted to get Alex and only him.
Also, Ark HAS used a voice, once in Entry ######, and again in the newest one (when the distortions were removed, it was someone's voice. That's not how Microsoft Sam sounds at all).
I'm of the belief that entry ###### was not TTA, but someone else. After all, why would he hack J's account when he has his own? Plus, the filming style was such a departure from his usual stuff. It just didn't feel like him.
As for this most recent response:
rbJODRv3RmM
That is not a person talking. That is definitely one of those speech programs. I threw out Microsoft Sam because that's the first to come to mind.
As for what I hear in that: "Enjoying watching your suffering. Do you know me? I will always know you."
TTA may not be Alex, but I'm hella sure he ain't Tim. He wouldn't be posting these responses with such confidence (read cockiness) if J truly knew who he is.
Of course there's always the possibility that TTA is female (cough Jessica cough)
