I went to a Volleyball camp once and I got a Cup for best player of my team. Even so I had an overstrained Achillis tendon from day 2 onwards. Very painful shit.
From school I have a lot of certificates…
Coolest thing was last year when some dudes and I organized an officiall Volleyball Match at a german festival. Rock Im Park. The host of that festival, Marek Lieberberg, helped us with official Rock im Park give away stuff. Was a lot of fun. Especially because I was still drunk from the night before, only slept 2 hours and had to umpire, lol.

I did softball when I was about 13. It was the worst experience ever and I only did it to make my Dad happy. Then my parents borderline forced me to do track in the 8th grade if I wanted to continue theatre. I took up shot-put and discus, and was pretty dang good at the former. But my parents came to one meet and said they were disappointed that I chose field over running. Therefore, I quit after that year. B|
My parents wanted all of us to be athletes, but now we all do the arts. XD
-
My parents had no expectations for me or my sister. xD But we both eventually became artists.
-
My parents tried to get me into baseball when I was six…
I told them that if they wanted me to keep bringing good grades they wouldn't force it on me.
That was the end of that malarkey.
It also worked with: being in goddamn weddings, track, and basketball.

No sport medals. Could've won an 1500 meters race (I was first for 2 laps or 1000 meters), but an one-time pain got in the way.
But I have 2 math silver medals from the tournament that my school's network does every year. I participated 2 times: 2008 and 2010. It's a 10 questions test where the "best" 2 students from each grade of every school of the network participate. And I have to sleep because my older brothers are sleeping and I don't want to wake up them. Good night everyone and good night Gypsy.
-
…so no one is going to explain what happens differently in your american schools that gives you all these medals?
in british schools we get nothing. at all.
-
We talking about sports?
Tried soccer. Hated it.
Tried Karate. Hated it.
Tried bowling. Final average was 210 (it is too a sport, so there.)
Walking I'm pretty good at, if I prepare myself right.
Used to swim a lot. Looking to do so again. -
Hurr durr I played tennis my senior year of high school. Captain asked me to join for some reason since they didn't have enough people on the team .
-
I'm going to bed,bye bye everyone !
I'm going to an event of anime tomorrow (putting pajamas, separate my cosplay, and going to bed.) -
My mom just wants me to be happy, and encourages me in what I love. She also dislikes anime, but she knows I love it and keeps buying it for me for birthdays and Christmas'.
edit: See you, Ugly~
-
That reminds me I was supposed to join Fencing Club cus it's taken by a really hot teacher who's literally just out of college.
-
I love playing sports, but I hate competitive play. There's really no fun in playing for no other reason than to win. Victory is just icing on the experiential cake.
-
@wagomu:this is why i have quitted spots.
mean people is shit -

In my school we get loads of stuff. Competitions the school enters them in; matches football, rugy, etcetera.

For us it's like daily occurrence in assembly we get match results and then medals and trophies are presented out. I go to a Grammar School though so I dunno if that effects it.
Our rival school had a fire yesterday.

I always get confused on these subjects cus apparently 'Grammar Schools' fall under the heading of Public Schools. All one big ball of confusion for me.
I just wish I had girls at school though; the uniforms aren't so bad.

Guys, I'm the only one that remember of a "cosplay master" of this forum when I see this image?
[hide][/hide]
.
I didn't mention any names. -
I… don't do sports. I have the most terrible coordination ever, plus I've had an intense phobia of flying projectiles ever since primary school, when I got hit in the face with a very sweaty basketball almost every time we played. I wore glasses then too, so the sweat and dirt would stain my glasses which was just ew.

In Elementary and Middle school I was heavily involved in my city's softball league (didn't bother with school sponsored sports) I was even a pitcher for a while.
However, right before 8th grade I dislocated my knee and started having trouble with both knees after that and couldn't run good, plus there was the constant fear of over extension and random dislocation. Haven't played since :<In high school I was only involved with the Anime and Creative Writing clubs. I turned nerd. Best moment was when we all dressed up for a field trip in various anime costumes and descended upon the UofA campus for a tour of their art gallery XD
-
I hate you Mokenda =\
(not really but you get what I mean)

I can't tell what's worst. Not playing sports again due an injury, or going on a field trip dressed as an anime magical girl with a skirt.

Actually I was dressed as Sanji
I don't do froofroo ;) -
Fuck froofroo. Dressing in drag's the way to go.
At least for cosplay.
-
Damn straight!
I even got complimented on my eyebrow :B -
You know you're in a good cosplay if someone compliments your eyebrow.
-
Ignorant Rican question…
Wat's a froofroo?
:x
-

I don't do froofroo ;)I was actually thinking about myself in your situation… in drag nonetheless.
-
'Froofroo' is a term used to describe the pink, fluffy, fashionable, pretty, purse carrying, $1000 dollor shoes and glittery cliche girl stuff. A Poodle is usually involved as well.
-
-
Cosplay is only fun if you're playing the opposite gender.
I'd so cosplay as Kokoro. I have the figure.

Alrighty then, Rican. xD Hahaha.
@Kitsune: I wanna see a Kokoro cosplay right now.
I wanna cosplay male characters but my mom doesn't want me cosplaying men. xD She wants me to show off my figure or something. Which is why I've never really cosplayed before.
-

Cheat and do a male character who wears drag. Like Nuriko from Fushigi Yuugi >3>
