Kuma knowing something doesn't mean he was programmed with that knowledge.
He did see Usopp at Thriller Bark, after all. He wouldn't necessarily need to know that Usopp is Sogeking to figure out that he's part of the crew.

Once he beat up Usopp he started looking for the "shiny hero" if my memory is right.
Because Oars had Luffy'slack ofintellegance -
i don't understand the raise in Luffy's bounty (and for the rest of the SH for that matter). the SH were inactive during the timeskip as far as creating problems with the marines is concerned. so if they're not doing any commotion, why would the marines bother handing out new bounties. (ah… Luffy did create a little commotion before the timeskip by going back to the marineford and ringing the bell and all...)

It supposed to just be a gag that Luffy and Chopper don't know Ussop is Sogeking.
Everyone else could clearly tell Ussop was Sogeking (even Chimney) so I'm sure the marine know that Usopp and Sogeking are the same person.

It could have went up for what they did in Sabaondy. Punching a celestial dragon and living should surely be worthy of a raise in bounty.
Also, Franky wasn't really inactive. I could imagine Robin being pretty active with Revolutionaries.

We don't know if the other SH had their bounties raised… But Luffy's bounty, at least, should increase significantly.
Since the last bounty he received, he: Sent a tenryuubito flying, broke in and out of Impel Down (he even freed several inmates in the process), and charged into the war of WB against the WG and almost succeed in saving Ace.
Though the other crewmembers also could have had their bounties raised thanks to their involvement in the tenryuubito's incident.

We don't know whether he has received video footage from the marines at grove 47, most likely he hasn't, and has just received confirmation by den den mushi that the Straw Hats are at grove 47. When he gets to grove 47 and sets his eyes on fluffy he will realize that they are the fake Straw Hats.

And then what? Go back to headquarters, mission accomplished? He's the one who believes, correctly, that the straw hats WILL reassemble on Sabaody, but he has no idea when. Unless he has suddenly become a Sage character with tons of Kludge knowledge, then finding out that the only evidence of the Straw Hats being on Sabaody now was because of the Fakes would make him believe that they haven't reassembled yet.
Therefore, he has to either "just happen to run into the real ones first", or "mistake the fakes for the reals." Well, there's also the very specific situation of him running into both at the same time, perhaps during the confrontation of the two crews.
After all, he's the man with the tightest defense in the world! He won't just let the straw hats sneak off of Sabaody Archipelago on his watch!

I figured that the person I had previously quoted meant "deceived", and I didn't feel like pointing out his error, unless it was some really obscure joke.
Edit: I mean, seriously, look at his post. He can't even spell Sentoumaru. it's obvious that he's an idiot, but at least his post was decipherable, and I was simply being nice in responding to what I had deciphered.
