Return of Wanze?

Two things stick out for me:
1. Is that Bobbin from Big Mam's crew on the platform in the cover story? Sword next to him and general shape seem the same.

2. Human toy couple with a baby on page 11. She couldn't be the mother right? Human toy hybrid…shiver.

Usopp might have a much larger bounty since he personally injured Saint Roswald. Maybe even separately from his sogeking bounty because he wasn't wearing the mask.
