Nami looks great. I remember somebody suggesting that she get longer hair, and I was kind of iffy about it, but Oda managed to pulled it off.

Usopp also looks great. He's muscular, but not too muscular.

Brook is awesome. Of course he didn't actually change physically, but now he dresses like a rockstar. lol

The rest of them are fine, but I was really expecting Luffy to change a bit more than that. And Robin resembles Hancock now.(am I the only one that thinks that?)

To me Sanji/Usopp simple, subtle changes and still made them look better, atleast in my point of view.

Anyway my take on the others, the girls look great, Chopper is the same(nice new hat dood), Zoro looks cool with the new clothing and the eye scar(I hope he isnt blind), Brook is the same also with a shiny new guitar and Franky ill have to actually see him in the chapter to judge better he is my second favourite SH and the change was a bit abrupt the hair style really made me like Franky a lot but ill have to see the full body, still Im liking him I just dont know if I will like it has much as the previows design unlike the other SHs and Luffy is also basicly the same he looks a little more adult and the scar is a nice touch also.

Usopp, Franky and Zoro are the best new looks. Luffy is good too, but he hasn't changed that much except the scar and the clothes. His personality seems to have matured though.

Anyway Zoro gets my vote. The scar is awesome and it looks like his hair has grown and he's pushed it back.

Here's my take in tier form (based on comparative new looks).

Tier 1: Zoro (best), Usopp, Nami
Tier 2: Robin, Sanji, Brook (only new outfit, but how else would he change? )
Tier 3: Chopper, Luffy (they hardly changed at all, save scars and new outfits)
Tier 4: Franky (The only one I think changed for the worse)

I think they're all pretty sweet, probably I like Zoro and Ussop's new looks the most. Sanji's change is extremely subtle and hilarious. And I like how Franky changed numbers. Awww hell, I love it all. Except maybe Chopper's hat. I'm undecided on that at the moment.

I'd say Nami with Ussop being a close second. I adore her new hair style. She looks gorgeous. At the same time, I can't wait to see her in battle with that hair.

My vote would definitively go for our dear friend Usopp, I am very interested to see how the rest of the crew will react to his new 'wind'.
I like Brook's new design but I think Oda will make him change into something more formal, like back to his suit. His 'feathers' will be quite a pain to draw on the long run.
