@Mr.333:
I would like God of War 3 to have a PS2 version. I've always thought that it was stupid for the first two God of War games to be made for the PS2 but not the third one so those with a PS2 would have to go buy a whole new game system just to complete the trilogy….
The same way Microsoft screwed gamers who didn't want to buy an Xbox 360 just to play Halo 3:ninja:. But seriously I don't know how anyone thinks it was a bad move on Sony's part to not make a last gen port of a next gen game that would've been hella inferior.
I wanted to say Super Paper Mario, but then I realized, it had a different gameplay style. Silly me.
So yeah, a third RPG Paper Mario would be great. Considering how much the first two rocked.
Isn't a 3rd Paper Mario being made for the 3DS? I remember seeing something about that.
A new F-Zero game. Please.
Other than that… eh. I'm pretty set for a while.
I'm still waiting for the next game in the main series after Final Fantasy 10.
You seriously did not like XII?
Seriously?
Well, whatever.
Twelve was 'tolerable'.
I played through it and I did a crap-ton of post-game stuff. Everything except the big guy I think.
But it's still one of my least favorite.

Yeah, I think so.

I'm pretty sure that was a remake of the first Paper Mario. I could be wrong, though.
EDIT: Nevermind, I did some research, and you guys are right. It appears to be a new Paper Mario game, that's more like the first two and less like Super PM.
Toejam & Earl on the PS3.
I wouldn't mind another ratchet & clank game, though it's likely one is in the pipeline.

Really? Now those are some good news, though I'm not going to get a 3DS even a year after the release.

I guess it was 'tolerable' because of the graphics, combat system (though I didn't like how you could "abuse" it to auto-train), and side-quests. But the story and some characters, even the last boss, were dull.
And another game to add to the list would be:
Breath of Fire VI (or a remake)
A Pokémon MMO(RPG). This world needs to see that.
Blast Corps 2
Conker 2
Banjo Threeie
Dark Cloud 3
A new Mystical Ninja game
Suikoden 6. Not Tierkries. 6.
A good One Piece multiplayer game that isn't missing a third of the main cast.
Mischief Makers 2
Tetrisphere 2
A new Wetrix game
Katamari DS
-Suikoden 6
-Final Fantasy VII-2(I'm one of those that enjoyed 7)
-Super Mario RPG 2
-Grand Theft Auto: Tokyo
Yes but only on a handheld.
Oh. Why? I'd love to see a wow-style pokemon MMORPG on PC/MAC. MMOs are quite hard to make for handheld devices.

POCKET Monsters.
Homemon?
Shadow Hearts 4 .
Skies of Arcadia 2
Chrono Break
…why haven't these been made yet?
I'm disappointed at the lack of toejam & earl fans. The music alone was twenty years ahead of everything else at the time. Though this is probably just the words of a die-hard fan.
Time Splitters IV.
If you ever wonder why I'm bitter about Halo…..now you know.
I would like a game entirely based around hand to hand combat. The MGS games are sort of a step in the right direction but I want MOAR! What I'm looking for wouldn't be able to be played with any input method existing today, though.
Edit: Oh, and since MGS is over I want a game using a similar play style but different story.
A Dragonball game with more hand to hand combat techniques. Most of them are just so damn limited when you compare it to a game like Tekken.
Custom Robo 2 .

I think the last Toejam & Earl might've eradicated the fanbase.

How do you do that when the characters weren't known for having a plethora of hand to hand techniques all you're really doing is extending the amount of punches and kicks someone uses essentially extending the amount of hits you can setup for a combo.

Could always try the Yakuza or The Kenka Bancho games.

insert generic OMG LOL WEEABOO comment here
The next one will take place in Hollywood, I think. Kinda sucks but ehh..
Time Splitters IV.
If you ever wonder why I'm bitter about Halo…..now you know.
Reach will be more fun, though. Your argument is invalid.
! No no we all have our opinions. Still, I always imagined you were bitter about it because just like most people here you were just dismissing it since it's another fps and fps and JRPGS/fighters don't usually mix.
Gueta is the opposite of a weeaboo. It's pretty funny.
Edit: Grand Theft Auto: Ukraine .

! I'm not saying Halo: Reach sucks. I haven't played it. In fact, I don't even feel that Halo is a bad game.
! Majority of FPS DO bore me. Half of them are made horribly. Modern Warfare 2 and other war games hardly interest me.
! There are several exceptions. In fact, I'm okay with Halo. Halo 1 was a lot of fun. Halo 2 was absolutely horrible, but I liked Halo 3. However, people have worshipped Halo 3 so much…..friends have forced me to play Halo 3 so often....Halo 3 has been the one game everyone wants to play....
! And the fact that my favorite FPS series, TimeSplitters, which was insanely fun, fast paced, and funny all at the same time has fallen through the cracks and died....while Halo stands supreme. THAT is why I'm bitter. It's not Halo's fault, I know. I just really miss playing Time Splitters online.

I still like One Piece, love my N64 and GC, and I still have a PS2. Don't get me wrong. Still, you're pretty much right.

I know what you mean by MW2. Unfortunately I cannot comment on that matter seeing as how GVR is probably seeing this as we speak and he's a COD guy while I'm a Halo guy.
I'm not so sure about Halo 3 still being the game everyone wants to play. Now a days it's MW2 or get out.
I haven't played Halo 3 in a long-ass time, and when I did it just pales in comparison to the Reach BETA I played a few months ago. It was like suffering from withdrawal, I haven't had much fun playing anything other than the BETA. That will all change come Tuesday.
I know TS is regarded as one of the more funny/fun FPS out there, but Halo has a lot of random WTF moments that make it fun to play and it's devs also add several hilarious easter eggs and fanservice for their dedicated fanbase/community.
Why, just yesterday I saw a funny easter egg from Reach (guy got it early.) where a bunch of Grunts (the midget aliens) were dancing to a dance remix of a Halo song while Brutes (Ape things) were bartending and DJ'ing.
@Insider:
Have you played HL2 and the episodes? It has humor spread about it as well, though I think it's pretty slower paced compared to TS, which I haven't played. When there are firefights, though, it is incredibly fast paced, though.

I'm definately giving Reach a try at some point. Like I said, Halo didn't ruin Halo for me. People ruined Halo.

I've played HL2. It's not as fast as TS, but it is fast and fun. I like TF2 as well, though I'm better with a knife than a gun in that game.
HL2 is still known as the best fps experience there is. I acknowledge that and the fact that Halo CE was arguably revolutionary but not as great, and Halo will probably never live up to being as good as the single player experience HL2 has.
Having said that, I'm confident that Reach will destroy most popular current-gen shooters (Call of Duty Black Ops, Medal of Honor). Probably won't in sales seeing as how those 2 are multiplatforms but I still believe will have the longer lasting appeal. Seriously, the game is just MASSIVE in terms of content. Reviewers are definitely right when they mentioned that anyone disappointed with ODST should not fear.
Either way, I know it'll probably be the last good Halo game before being even more churned to death by MS and their new developing team which will take care of the franchise. Bungie's going on to newer things.
I'm definately giving Reach a try at some point. Like I said, Halo didn't ruin Halo for me. People ruined Halo.
I understand. It's hard falling into peer pressure when everyone of your friends is playing the game. I don't love Halo because of its popularity, though, so I really wouldn't give a shit if all my friends were still playing MW2 (even though thats impossible)
The whole 13 year old players can get annoying as well, I'll just mute them, but the stronger part of the community is actually tolerable as they make some of the best user-created content out there in Halo. (Not mods).
The hype for this game is huge, as always with Halo, but I wasn't there for Halo 3, so I can't comment whether or not it deserved it. I'm guessing no, but I'm not giving into hype for this game solely on marketing and hype techniques. The reason: playing the BETA.
I guarantee if you had fun with Halo 3 and you're not the ultramega competitive douche kind of player you'll have a ton of fun with Reach. A certain someone who has been banned several times which I will not mention even said that he had more fun with the BETA than any other Halo.
I know what you mean by MW2. Unfortunately I cannot comment on that matter seeing as how GVR is probably seeing this as we speak and he's a COD guy while I'm a Halo guy.
Hey I know the COD games have their flaws MW2 being the most notorious among them. But I not going to be offended if someone has legitimate complaints about the game like Multiplayer which had to be patched because of all the dickhole gamers taking advantage of one exploit after the other like with every other game with a multiplayer component.
Hah, alright then GVR.
To be fair, though, Black Ops actually looks a lot more fun than MW2. I might even give it a try, who knows. I'll definitely see what the BETA plays like, though.
Not only did the assholes playing ruin MGO but Konami's updates ruined it as well. CQC EX my ass :getlost: .
People played MGO ?
Yes. And twas awesome until all the glitchers came and until Konami started trolling with their updates.

You are joking right?
all you're really doing is extending the amount of punches and kicks someone uses essentially extending the amount of hits you can setup for a combo.
What about the whole range of ki blasts, counter strikes and specials seen throught the series. Not to mention the fact that you could only do a small handful of combos throughout the entire series of games so far.
In short its too easy to memorise and master
SIDE NOTE: Grand theft England!!
Godhand 2 and 3.
And One Piece Ultimate Pirate Storm
forgot about Grim Fandango 2, a game that should have been made 7 years ago.

So in other words it should be harder to memorize, master, and utterly inaccessible to casual fighting game fans. You start mixing Dead or Alive, Tekken, Virtua Fighter etc all with DragonBall all you're doing is turning off a sizable chunk of the fanbase while potentially winning over hardcore fighting game aficionados who're picky as hell might I add, who think every fighting game has to have be deep in the combat aspect.

Limiting the game to two specials, a couple of combos and melee attacks is a piss poor way to represent the world of dragonball Z. We need more moves beyond what we've got for those players with an IQ higher than 50.
Klonoa 3. Another Crash platformer by Naughty Dog. Another Mega Man Powered Up. A new freaking Darkstalkers game would be nice, too.
SIDE NOTE: Grand theft England!!
There was one about 15 years ago on the PC. But a new one would be awesome. We had Liberty, Vice and San Andreas already. Now we need the last one.
Considering the Rockstar that worked on GTA is/was based in Scotland I wanna see a GTA: Glasgow.
Has anyone been to Glasgow? It's scary. It's the place that time forgot. Would be an awesome setting for a game.
These have probably been said already:
-Sonic Adventure 3 done right.
-God Hand 2: Hands of God
A next generation Zone of the Enders. Given how beautiful the second entry was on the PS2, it would be mind-blowing on the PS3.

Totally agree. ZOE2 was one of the most epic game ever made.
Shenmue 3
Resident evil 2 and 3 remake.

I think I had it on the ps1, and damn was is cool.
(swear words for weapon unlocks)
LOL at the prospect of GTGlasgow. I can't imagine any censorship board passing that without 90% of the average Glasgow content being removed.
It would be great, thoug the map would be rather boring considering the lack of famous landmarks.

Glasgow looks nice but it's a trap.

Funny you bring that up, my brother just bought it when I picked up Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep the other day (last week) He's been searching for it forever, and got it for only $23.
Final Fantasy V & VI DS and PSP respectively.
