It only be for a few hours. I won't be campaigning as heavily as I did for the first match with Makino in round one. Something called work and an hour and half drive is going to make it a bit harder then planned. Still I will be campaigning hard and I hope you would too. I love what you did the last time.

Somebody seems to have a bad memory as it seems like Makino has been in the story a few times. One of my favorite Makino moments was commenting on Chopper's bounty and saying that Luffy had some cute friends.
Shes literally showed up in the manga three times, and not for long either. Once in the flashback with luffy and ace, another in the beginning of OP, and another from the time you just mentioned. and from all the times youve seen her all she does is smile and say something nice right lol I seriously cant see how she has fans at all

Fans like her because she is always supporting Luffy no matter what he does. If anythings fans like her because she was willing to stand up to two powerful figures and making them come to their senses.

And Makino serves the best beer by far. Shanks stayed in Luffy's hometown for a whole year just for Makino's service. :ninja:

I fail to see how not showing up a lot has anything to do with popularity. Ben Beckman is a prime example of this. Whether or not they barely show up or are incredibly minor to the overall plot is irrelevant.
