every time somethink big is about to happen in the manga storm occures before or after it.. like in arabasta when it started to rainafter the beating of crock … at log town(dont know the speling) where is the last island before the grand line , in the enies loby the aqua lagoona, the batle with roger and shiki, the war at marine ford.. i think it is just for the prolouge or the epilouge of somethink that will change the era or history... or just somethink that has to do with the d's like somone else mention in thin thread...or a flashy introduction to setle the epic senery ...

Because as I explained to you at least twenty times the perception of the reader is an entirely different fucking thing then that of the characters in the story. Are you that incapable of seperating the fiction from the reality? Jesus christ this is a terrible point.

what does that have to do with anything? Hancock told Luffy AND us, that teh sun tattoo was made and given to all slave fishman and many non slave fishman who joined the sunny piraties (though possible non sunny pirates also got it, and doubtful all slaves became pirates)
This was so that no one could distinguish between who was a slave and who was not. you guys constantly are bringing up what someone in teh manga says as Oda's words to us as saying this is fact. If nyon tells Hancock that if she looses her title then AL WILL get attacked and destroyed by WG. You guys all claim this is ODA telling US THE READER that this will happen. This isn't a possible, this isn't a worse case scenerio used by nyon to convince someone to do something, this is ODA TELLING US what woudl happen if the treaty is gone.
So how isn't it the same here. If we see some flashback that shows say Jimbei and many others like hatchi, maybe arlong and who knows who else as slaves, then WE now know who was a slave and who wasn't. The whole purpose of the Sunny Tattoo is defeated for us.
Think of like say Death Note, imagine if we heard all his plans before he did them. Or how about a guy guessing a number which door to pick saves a persons life, and we know which door is th correct one. Or in Liar Game we knew what each persons plan was as soon as they thought it. Or if there is a group of people and stuff keeps going wrong so they suspect a traitor and whole tiem we the reader KNOW the traitor and so on with many examples. or how about watching the sixth sense after someone tells you bruce willis is a ghost the whole movie. who cares that we know right? bruce willis still didn't know, and he is the character in teh story. our perception doesn' tmatter at all, seperate real from fiction, all that matters is what bruce willis thinks right.
The author doesn't tell us these things because it ruins the story. Part of their story revovolves around the reveal later on how someone did something, the suspence on which is correct, the suspence and drama on who is evil or not and so on. And here if we know who is a slave or not, we now are descriminating against them, the very thing that the tattoo was made to prevent.
