Finally! Marine HQ is collapsing. I'm surprised it didn't do that a few chapters ago. Sengoku finally did something besides stare or be pissed off. Awesome display there. I wonder how BB will counter.
It's bad, but I can't help but laugh at the fact that Luffy's face has still not changed expressions. At least close the poor guy's mouth, jeez.
Croc is so awesome! Best line in the chapter. "If you want to protect something, protect it right!" Hell yes! Cuz Jimbei's doing a crap job of it.
And of course, can't forget to mention the awesomeness of Buggy in this chapter. Praise Buggy! Oh god, that line "You're so exalted, it burns my eyes!" LOL
I swear, I've gotta use that for a Buggy sig. His face when he sees the manga fist coming at him is full of win.And LAW!!! fangirl moment I just love how he shows up looking all badass with his crew.
Crap, it took freakin forever to read this chapter…stupid lagging. But still, as usual, Oda fulfills again. Epic chapter.

The other translation to that was the "Dark Doctor". And he says himself that he's here to save Luffy's ass and heal him, so it's kind of proven that he's the good guy. Atleast Aohige (?) translated it so back in the spoiler thread.

But first, let's compare Ursus Shock and Buddha's Palm. I think Ursus Shock is stronger, but takes a lot of prep time. Sengoku just transformed and blasted Teach like throwing a punch. I wonder if Sengoku can do it rapid-fire, then that would make it better than Ursus Shock.
Jimbei taking a hit from Aka Inu and surviving shows that Ace is really frail. I guess Logia powers do that to users.
Page 15 is orgasmic. All WB Commanders + Crocodile vs Aka Inu?
And Dr. Law. LAWL. Looks like Luffy will be hanging out with him in his sub. But, I'm not sure when he will get back to Saobody. I'm guessing we'll see what the Strawhats are doing before a time skip (lasting a week). -

Huh, I'm a little dissappointed cause I'm seeing signs of the war coming to an end. We still have a lot left to deal with, I think, so I hope that Law doesn't leave too quick!
In fact, that's my main dislike of this arc so far. There are so many dangling plot threads and mysteries left unsolved, like Magellan's fate or the uses of haki throughout this fight. At this point however, they aren't enough to ruin the arc.
However…this is the second time Sengoku's used his ability. Why is it still in shadows? There's no way shadows would naturally cover his body like that...so that's a little stupid. I mean, if Oda wants to keep this form a secret, then this shadowed form is still showing us most of it already. It's not like those other times Oda used it (like with Kizaru's face that one time), so I don't get it's purpose. It's really forced.

Heck, I don't care if he's good or not. He's always been one of my favorite SN's. Anyways, I don't think he's got any bad intentions just by the way he worded things. But who knows what Oda's got up his sleeve.

Thank you to Herr_Sebbe for the link. I was really getting bored of this arc until the last page. I was never really a Law fan, but him appearing made me excited.
When I saw this though,
I was like "Wow, QFT… at least Oda realizes it."But it actually makes me thin that it finally is almost over.

also just seems dumb for him to show up and harm luffy. why? he didn't set sail to the war in order to go kill just Luffy, unless you think he is there to help the WG and was planning on fighting WB pirates as well.
No in this time of War it is at the moment PIRATES ALL vs the World Government. Hell crocodile shoudl be proof of that enough. He wanted whitebeard dead yet it has come to point where any rivalry is ignored between pirates. they are all now under a temp alliance in we all hate the WG. so get this over with and aftewards we are back to enemies.
thats the thing about pirates. They have no rules/laws. Like when Yasopp had the duel with the marine. He doesn't have to kill him. He can leave. Any pirate can decide if they want to fight another pirate or have a beer with him that day instead. They are trapped by laws like the WG and have to fight others whenever they see them.
Hell I dont' know how to clear it up any better than just looking at Croc. I'm sure he HATES Luffy and Luffy for sure hate Croc. But at the moment Croc is protecting Luffy. Is it because Croc WANTS Luffy to live. Hell no, we have no indication and can't expect that being the reason. BUT Croc doesn't want the WG to get their way.
Its like in professional football. I am a vikings fan, and thus I hate our rival teh Packers. Are there others teams I like, hmm maybe a couple aren't bad, but most are my enemies, being teams the vikings have to beat to become super bowl champs. But every week I am cheering for not only the vikings but also the team playing against the packers. Everybody is enemies because they are going for the superbowl and only one can have it, but if there is a common enemy they will ally. I mean no matter how much I may hate the packers, if in order to make the playoffs we need the packers to win their game against a team, I will that day only be cheering for the packers.
Its the same concept in One Piece.
