Arlong, Skypiea, Water 7, I guess you could argue the end of Sabaody (not helped by Luffy's flashback in the next chapter showing only her), and almost certainly Movie 10, considering that her known role in it so far boils down to being his damsel in distress. Hell, apparently in one scene in that movie Luffy gives her such an awesome and moving (pardon my usage of the word) ''You are my nakama!'' speech that it gets a new BGM piece dedicated to it. There's plenty of shipping fuel out there for people looking for it.
