Vivi was only annoying during the Alabasta adventure. She got better.
She wasn't the only annoying one: Nami before Arlong's defeat (actually many times afterward too), Kaya when she was still sick, Conis before she stood up for herself and everybody, Robin when she ditched her crew, Camie when stuck in a fish bowl, the Boa sisters when they reminisced about their past.
Heck, Coby & Helmeppo, and Ace are annoying too.

Define annoying in your terms. I find it irritating since they've gotten themselves into a helpless condition because they act on their emotions when a rational choice would be better.
However, if I was a girl, I'd be annoyed by boys' irrational decision to fight someone they clearly can't beat and then cause everyone trouble afterward. (or worse, they actually win for no apparent reason)
If everything was logical, it'll be equally annoying emotionally, because the story will sound more like a textbook or manual.

Agreed! Have you ever seen POTC? Will Turner and elizabeth Smith are my definition of annoying! Not so much Vivi I mean she always came around. Now Kuma is a different story …he seems so emo.

The Top 3 are still a level over him.
He was that amazed by Zoro's skills in TB that he pissed himself.
He shown nothing against Oars which was near that awesome like Zoro and Sanji.
He don't stood up after Ursa Shock. Zoro and Sanji did it even after a previous fight.
At first his brute strenght was awesome as he puts the Nunchaks. But Zoro and Sanji could even do it as well if not better than Franky.
Against PXs he was hiding at first as the monster 3 go on the front line.So I doubt he is even near Sanji. Maybe in brute strenght but not in overall combat abilities.

Most people don't underestimate Sanji; it is clear that he earned his place in the Monster Trio and even though he is weaker than Zoro, the gap is so small it's unnoticeable.

I haven't really seen people saying Robin is stronger than Sanji in the actual manga, at least from what I perceive, people think if Robins fruit were being used to its potential, she would be better than Sanji. I definitely think he deserves his spot in the monster trio.

People say the same for so many other characters (Moria) we're not the ones writing OP, so just Oda knows how far Robin's "full potential" can reach. Personally I see Franky and Brook as much more complex fighters, smart and all but as someone said before she risk his limbs too much and his physical weakness doesn't help either, specially when there's people lifting icebergs and shit, I still think that Robin is just fitted for completely reliant DF users and fodder. We seriously need a Robin mano a mano important fight.

I don't really care what all other people have said about different characters on other threads right now. I don't need to be the author of One Piece to realize when a character could be doing bigger things than they are. I'm surprised that you would disagree, actually. You don't think if Robin actually was trying the way Luffy does, that she could assassinate most of the antagonists? She just doesn't because Oda wouldn't let her because it would ruin the story.

On another quick note, some people are ranking Usopp bottom because he is the weakest. Why the hell would it make any difference how weak you are when you're a freakin Sniper? I could understand the ranking if he was charging at people with knuckledusters on or if he was too weak to pull back the sling on his Kabuto.

THANK YOU. In my ranking I put Usopp above Nami. Most people respond "Oda said it himself, Usopp's the weakest!" The way I interpreted that was he is physically weakest. Not that his fighting potential/ability was forever the lowest, that would be a silly thing to say. I'm pretty sure had it been Nami fighting Luffy over the Going Merry, it would have been over in 1 Gomu Gomu no Pistol!

That comment is contradictory. You say her power isn't broken, but if she used it the way we think she would be better than Zoro/Sanji. In other words, her power IS broken, just Oda doesn't use it to the max, because it would ruin the manga. Which, I just said.
