@UsoppSpell:
Don't be so certain on the Kuma thing. Sengoku could be covertly introducing pacifistas into the fray in seperate locations. In the chaos people would never be able to tell the difference, much like Ivankov.
The original Kuma Ursa Shocked Oars, but this one could be a Pacifista. We know full well that the WG uses them liberally, as they dispatched at least 2 to the Shabondy Archipelago, so it wouldn't so difficult to believe that there are a few hanging around.
With Kizaru exploding stuff and creating destruction, the confusion would allow for multiple Kumas. Hell, Kizaru could probably pull a few more of those explosions to create some steam from the ice and Sengoku could bring in 100 Pacifistas and no one would be the wiser until their all dead.
Also, this Kuma picture has no bible to his chest. So original Kuma could be chillaxin while rubbing his anus against trees and this one is over here shootin lazorz
That last line killed me.
anyway i'm actually pretty sure that (because of reasons that many other people stated before) kuma is real. apart from that we can clearly see that he shoots multible beams exploding around the place Iva was standing in before shooting straight at him, thus making it easier to dodge, thus possibly saving him from kizaru taking him out for saving luffy. also Ivankov talked about a "duty to uphold as a menber of the shichibukai" that kuma has; now, I read this as "it is his duty to pretend that i'm his enemy, in order to not blow his cover and be exposed as a revolutionary spy", but that's just me…
an yeah, pacifistas are very likely to come in later, unless there's some good explaination for why the fuck the navy didn't use their new superweapon in the most dangerous war the WG's ever been in.
@Yamato:
it's an awesome chapter =D … but didn't anyone notice, crocodile was not involved in any panel during this chapter, i wonder where he is, since there was a panel with WB and Luffy talking and crocodile is not around ... maybe e's planning for something =P
Some WB pirates surrounded him right after Luffy smacked him. Seeing how a rookie on shanks crew already has a higher bounty than croc had, we can assume that they managed to beat him: croc is now captured by the WB pirates and out of the game for a while.
@Pirate_King_Sage:
You know you make a point, although all it takes is common sense…
Gets me thinking if Sengoku is trying to get all the pirates on Marineford grounds...so he can level the place and sink all of them with Marineford...and then reveal that there is a new Marineford in the NW as an attempt to suppress the chaos thats going over there.....
That would be a badass plan....maybe that's why WB is still on ship....hmmmm
now that would be an interesting plan! If that was the plan the orders given to the marines would probalby be to retreat fast at some point. it would make sense, avoid a real all-out clash between the fractions, give whitebeard a chance to die a heroe's dead while somehow saving his crew, and it'd be a very interesting premise for the NW (although i still think that BB is more likely to be the key element than this plan) . i generally think the WG needs to become more powerful, oppressive and violent in order to give the revolutionaries more legitimacy in the eyes of the common people (and the readers), and be more of a challange for every pirate. Maybe vegapunk's tech will bring this change.
well, either that or what this guy said:
@maxterdexter:
Why everybody asumes that Dragon is a good person?
As all revolutionaries, he belives in his own ideals at all costs, he was first talked about in the King's meeting as a dangerous individual to peaceful countries.
What is the rate, for each Wapol that falls, how many Cobra does also?
I'm just saying just because they face a greater evil, they not necesarily are good, I'm guessing that Dragon will be the end boss of a new world arc of the strawhats going to a WG member island and ending defending it from the Revolutionaries.
@GoustiFruit:
My predictions for next chapters :-)
- Shichibukais will choose their side: that panel with Kuma/Hancock/Doflamingo was too speaking. Kuma knew that Luffy was Dragon son but he could still play as if he didn't know. Now it has been made public so he will have to act. If he is on Dragon side as most of us believe, he will protect Luffy. Then Hancock: as soon as Luffy will be in real danger, she will do something too.
- and here come my second prediction: Hancock will stone (?) lots of marines, but then Kuma bots will arrive from everywhere (Sengoku's plan), and her power will have no effect on them.
Hancock going berserk, and no normal human (except luffy with his plot armour) being able to stand against her attacks would be a great trigger for the PX to show up. then again, i guess, as we've seen on SA Pacifistas are definitly cyborgs, and not androids (unless they have the terminator's living-tissue-skin for no reason at all), so they would be just as succeptible to mero mero as anyone else.
Did anyone notice that that Moria (who we know was brave enough to stand up to a yonkou) looked downright scared when hearing dragon's name? that says something about luffy's dad! :w00t:
