Well, that was a very interesting review. I had never even heard of the Odyssesy, much less knew it was the first game system. As an ATHF fan I loved the appearance of Master Shake. And that Odyssey gun at the end was friggin' sweet. I guess that's the only redeemable quality of the system. And yeah, Shit Pickle>>>>>>>>>Nerdy Turd.

The reason no one liked Shit Pickle was because it was…well, a dumb idea. It eventually got copied by Chris Bores (aka Irate Gamer) by using a Maple Story avatar. That in turn made the concept even worse.

yeah thats a shot on the money..james should do over and over again the same angry attitude to every shitty game..when he have a good idea to show his anger he should do it..but if not he should just review the shit and give it in the end an angry view orso :)..i liked the x-man review was good shown and i like it ,when we see much of the game ..

Well, he's the Angry Video Game Nerd after all. You could take away the Do'h from Homer, and he still would be the same, but the whole concept of the AVGN is getting angry over bad video games, so It's essential.
But I don't mind, I like all his reviews the same, with or without shouting. -

The latest Nerd was pretty lame. The fact that the Famicon transformed and killed him at the end made it for me, since the review sucked so hard. There were some good parts as usual but this was as bad as that one he did a few weeks ago with the Nerdy Turd.

Ah yes, I remember these. You know, I must've like a PC version of the Mario is Missing game because from what I remember it didn't look anything like the NES or SNES versions. Hell, I didn't even get that it was an educational game. I thought it was just an exploring kind of game. Also, I did rent the SNES version of Mario's Time Machine, but I couldn't even figure out how to get past that opening room with the items in it

I thought it was pretty good. I'm actually starting to appreciate the calm side of the nerd. It's still entertaining, even if he isn't angry. And well, he isn't SUPPOSED to be, as this is Board James and not AVGN. And who was that guy? Is he the infamous Mike Matei (I honestly couldn't find even one picture of him, throughout my research on Google)?
Overall for me. Not the best, but a nice review.

On-Topic: Anyone check out his Top Ten Dumbest Indiana Jones Moments? Honestly it wasn't that good. I liked the little history but they're popcorn flicks, they're going to be filled with dumb moments (though I agree the Fridge in Crystal Skull was stupid).

Someone hasn't actually played a board game with a friend to get the whole point to the more recent Board James.
I do believe the point to Board James is to bring back nostalgic memories of old board games from most of our youth. Remember, that's more among the lines of James Rolfe, NOT the Angry Video Game Nerd. So obviously you're not gonna hear any "This game is aaaaaass." or "Fuckballs" in those videos.
He showed the ad, explained how it was played and basically recreated an exact situation (well, CG effects aside) of playing that type of game with a friend. Especially when one has a cheating bastard of a friend. :P
