Likely Winston, Widowmaker, Soldier 76, Genji, Tracer, Cassidy, Hanzo, Zenyatta, Tracer.
Just to hazard a guess.
Why not Owain got shit as I recall for his chuunibiyo weirdness.
Though you’d have to shit on everybody else to make stuff fair.
I was expecting worse after that indictment. Wasn’t really that bad. Now the cliche different colored eyes….
Guess I’m going for the hat trick then
Most random remaster of a game you can think of
The premise alone is some damn chintzy even by JoJo standards.
The Bucks & Omega need to be punished just the same since they clearly were waiting on Punk instead of calling a meeting with Khan and hashing things out appropriately.
Ace Steel I don’t know what you do with him between the F bomb dropping which he was fined for and then this. Suspension at least, firing at most though you probably lose Punk with the firing.
Well someone took your criticism to heart
Because they're about to release it to PC for the first time and they want that to be a modern experience instead of a 10 year old one.
I mean even then that’s pretty jank. Not for the PC crowd of course but did PS5 owners need the remake too?
Especially when they likely got the PS3 and/or PS4 versions?
I'm the same. There are movies I love that I've bought on VHS, DVD, and then Bluray and also gotten the soundtrack and artbook because I loved them that much and getting them in slightly better quality with a few more features was worth it, and that's just for a movie. I've bought Okami four different times (five counting Okaiden)
I mean I’ve bought Super Mario World on almost every system it’s been released on but even I have to step back and ask “is this really necessary”?
It probably would’ve been better served being tied directly to the TV show but given the life expectancy of shows especially in this WBD climate I guess the game’s probably better off.
Oh that’s nothing I originally speculated that the only logical reason they’d remake the game was to tie it to the TV series (which even then would make no sense if the release schedule of the game and airing of the series was taken into account).
Literally can’t think of any reason why this game was remade.
Yeah again they're not changing much graphically so dunno why you bring up it looks the same.
Because you said it was a partial remake which is a bit overly generous. If it were a remake it wouldn’t look like the same exact game that was released in 2010/1995. It’d look more modern? Maybe even use the 2D/3D stuff they’ve been using recently.
It’s pedantic I know. And hopefully as many people play the game this time around so Square will hopefully pluck the series out of limbo going forward and either “properly’” remake some of the other games or make a sequel.
I’ve played the PSP version of the game and this looks pretty much like that game. From the touched up sprites & redrawn character portraits. To the fonts in the dialog boxes.
This isn’t say FF7 remake i.e. a whole new game being remade from a preexisting game.
It’s pretty much in the same vein as the Live A Live, & The Romancing Saga 2 & 3 remasters.
I'm not buying the keepsake bit. These are directors that know the business.
The business typically doesn’t fuck you in the ass by essentially throwing out your work when it’s all but finished.
Why would they think there would be access to a film that is being used as a tax write off? The point of doing that is making sure it will never see the light of day.
…..Thought the point of tax write offs was to to save money while getting something back in return.
I honestly don't understand what they're trying to do. First, the text from Feige, now this. Feels performative. Warner needs no help looking like villains.
Except you seem to forget or be unaware of the fact when this news broke originally a lot of people were bending backwards to excuse this insisting the movie was cancelled because of it’s test screenings/the movie was bad/the movie was too woke. Which was bullshit then and is bullshit now.
As for why they tried to get footage of the movie on the phone?
Simple answer would be for a keepsake since now the movie is technically lost media.
It's been a minute and there's been lots of deaths of note over the last few months, but Anne Heche really hit hard.
Might wanna be careful with the phrasing given the circumstances leading up to her death.
