yea, it was done by the Eyeshield 21 artist and was bundled with the first few hunderd copies of the game.

Seeing a load of characters not drawn in their usual style was quite weird for me, though the manga itself was good.

I thought it sucked. Luffy looked weird in almost every shot, while Goku + Naruto + Bobobo were all well designed. Additionally, Luffy's "storm" was actually just a Gatling Gun.
