Yesterday, I went into work, and I was schedualed to work the Self Scan tills. Finally, I thought, a whole day of training for this thing. (before it's always been too busy to train) So, I was there at 8 in the morning with this other lady learning how everything works. Then after an hour or 2, I find out, the lady is only working till 12. I'm on my own after that! Then I started getting really nervos. It's the fact that there are 6 of these self scan tills, and I have to keep an eye on all of them at once. So if all 6 are busy, and having problems, and I just learned how to work them….....I was really stressed yesterday. My stomac was all in knots by the end of the day.
Overall, I did not bad. Once I get comfortable with it, it will be a lot easier. I was sure happy when my shift was over yesterday.

Well I just had to post somewhere that they finally released the Little House Movies on DVD. I just bought them yesterday when I was out. I am so happy. I love the ending movie where they blow up the town. It's very dramatic, yes, good. But how cool is it that they blow up a whole town! Blowing up stuff is fun!

Yesterday was probably a bad work day for me. First i walked in and I had to get all these shopping carts from the front and the people left all far from the store and a great distance from each other which took me forever to get since we use these weird ass carts while in the HEAT and everytime i put one in, one goes out > <
Well we have this guy whos gay (or bi am not sure) and he kept flirting with me telling me all these stuff like "wanna try something new?" and he kept bugging like when I was on my break and i bought lemon lays he kept following me REAL close and he wanted my chips and when i gave him some he got close and tried to eat it all seductive like (I don't know it was just weird and made me laugh a bit cause it was kinda lame.) Then he kept smiling
at me and when I was putting stuff away he kept saying "oh did I creep you out?" while getting closer and putting his hand on my shoulder (it was close and he said it in like diff. tone.)Later on in the night when i had to do the meat dept. (like clean up the trays and seperate the chicken from the other stuff.) I was washing trays and like I was asking my boss where can i get gloves and he called "him" over to help me and then when he gave me the gloves I think he said "beg for it." but i was like "thanks." then he said "no problem." But he went alittle far and slapped my ass and made a comment about it which made me feel uncomfy and later on while I was washing trays he came into the room and hes like
"whatcha doing??"
"uhhhh washing these trays."
"why??"
"cause its my job."
" Hey, wanna go in the back?"
" No."
" Aww cmon! whyy??"
" Cause I don't want to.."
"Whatcha doing after this? "
"Going home."
then he asked if i was mad and i said no that i was just uncomfortable and that its ok for him to be like that but it wasn't for me. ( i wish i had time to say this better.) then he said he was gonna stop but later on when i was done he told one of our co-workers to give me his number (it had his number with call me hottie on it.)
Everyone says that hes just messing around but I dunno, Its not like i have anythin against his preference of what sexuality he likes but still, and am TRYING to be nice but I dunno whats gonna happen if he keeps it up. -_-
Then I never got to finish doing everything right and I dropped alot of stuff and everyone was like you did a pretty good job for your second time etc. But, i felt like crap cause i really didn't do anything right and the dude kept bugging me -_-.

Anyways, today was a nice lazy day for me. I had the day all to myself, slept in (ha sleeping in for me is sleeping till 8), Got online, watched tv, went and got lunch, went to hastings and bought a DVD and a book, came home and took a nap. Then I decided I better get some homework done. eghh..I hate discussion questions. Now I need to feed my critters and fold my laundry and get ready for work.

My friend told me that my girlfriend moved over the weekend, which I figured would happen but my girlfriend often said that she might or might not move, and right before she were to move before school started she said she wouldn't, so I got my hopes up a bit but knew she would probably move.
I'm ashamed that I couldn't see her before then.

so my PC has been acting up for a while and I finally figured that the problem was poor cooling so today I got a new case and embarked on the arduous and time consuming task of giving my compy a new body to live in. So finally when i got done moving everything I plug everything back I feel pretty good about the job and so I go straight for the power button… and nothing happens... :cwy:
I literally sat there and stared at my brand new case with all the components carefully cleaned up and connected for a good 15 - 20 minutes, poking and probbing, unplugging, reconnecting and for the life of me I couldnt figure out what was wrong.

I woke up around noon today… intent on scrounging for change to take the dart rail to school... but then I cringed at the sink full of dirty dishes and I knew I'd kick myself if I left them like that.... So I put on some music and got to work on the dishes.... by the time I was finished, Crimsondreamer was getting ready to go to work, so I just got a ride with her.
I'm here at the school right now, working on coloring DFG's samurai angel (finally!) I figured I'd finish it today because I just know something else will come up sooner or later >_>

Woke up about 6:30 this morning, and got ready for work. I did not want to go. School hasn't even been going a month and I am alread burnt out. Got to the school, got the kids off the bus, did our normal everyday routine. The teacher I work with was in a very silly mood today, so we just laughed all day. After work, I headed to my algebra class. Finally got a decent professor. Now I am at home. Fixing to go for a walk, then sit down and finish the book I have been reading. Exciting day huh?

finally downloaded the wacom tablet driver for my mac, so i can use the intuos tablets at the school, yay! so i've been coloring most of the day… and i got other stuff i want to upload to the creativity thread and my deviant art.

Bwahaha doublepost, ohnoes...Today was pretty cool. though, it was especially nice a little while ago, Crimsondreamer and I ate a late dinner that she cooked and we had some chai tea which was awesome. We have this little thing that we do every night we can, and have some nice hot tea before going to bed.
But yeah, I finally found time to organize those A-kon pics that I've been meaning to post for so long... so hopefully expect those soon in the cosplay thread ^^

I had pretty much as mediocre day as possible:
I woke up. I went to work. Nothing special happened (highlight of the day was getting my hands covered with cold puke). From there I went to a croquis drawing class (I get to look at a naked chick for less than a buck for an hour). And then I came home and I was utterly hungry. Now I plan to take a shower and do some private stuff. Tomorrow I have a day off and I'll have my hair cut short.

Got up late this morning and was late for work. It was a pretty normal day i guess, except this afternoon the teacher I work for wasn't there. I guess one of the other Sp Ed teachers at a different school passed away, and they were having a hard time finding subs so everyone could go the funeral. Donna and another teacher volunteered to go over there. That is always fun, so instead of doing centers (which are very boring) we took the kids outside. It was really nice today. Should have got home by 3:45, but our last bus was didn't arrive till then, so I was late getting home. Then I did homework and studied for the exam I have tomorrow. Tonight I am going to some baseball thing. I think it is suppose to be on ESPN. Don't really care about baseball, but my sister will be there. I am also taking a book to read.

man, monday and tuesday were my ffirst days off after a month and half!
basically at my first job they wee redoing the floors in our kitchen so all the cooks and the servers have been off. On monday our butcher organizeda game of sloshball wich went on for almost 5 hours. today another one of my co workers organized a game of paintball, and man was that fun! just got home a little while ago and I'm so beat and sore I can bearely move

Today was a horrible day. A really ugly day :(
My school scheduele is so messed up cause all the classes I have are put into one day. I made a ton of mistakes in class such as Dutch lessons. I had no charisma whatsoever, and just couldn't do my best in anything (e.g. my guitar lessons). I looked tired/ugly. Plus I had my least favorite dinner of all time.
Ah well… tomorrow the classes I will have, will be fun.

wow, creepy. My Baba just fell and broke her hip this past friday. She had Surgery in Winnipeg on the weekend, and is now back at the hospital in her home town. I'm gonna mail her a card this weekend.
In other news, I had a 48 hr work week this week. I am burnt out. I can't wait for tomorrow. I have a day off. My assistant manager did the schedual for next week. She only gave me 36 hours. "Ok, but I have bills to pay" She figured I needed a break after my 48 hr week. "just don't keep doing that ok. That extra 4 hours a week pays for my student loans.
Also, since the front end manager quit, we've had this young little prick supervising the cashiers in the evening. If your "cool" he's nice to you, if your not "cool" he treats you like shit. I'm sorry, but I believe in the saying "someone who is nice to you, but not nice to the waiter, is not a nice person" So I don't need friends like him. I do want to stab him though. He's such a power hungry freak and abuses it, by cosntantly coming up to you and telling you what to do, and what your doing wrong. He does nothing though. Except flirt with all the cute cashiers.
I am really thinking of talking to the assistant manager about him. I don't want to sound like the little whiney baby tattle tale, but this shouldn't be going on in the work place. This other girl gets treated like complete shit by him. It is not right. I'd like to tell him off myself, but then, the little prick is my superviser.
Ah, well to lighten the mood. I signed up for a cooking class in our cooking school upstairs. I got $30 off cause I work there. (so it cost me 10 dollars.) I get to learn some tips on cooking stir frys. I get yummy food, and maybe I'll meet some nice guy there. ;) I just hope I'm not too burned out tonight.

Woke up and went to work as usual. I always wait by the doors for the car riders, and then at 8:15 take one of our little girls wheelchairs down to the office so her mother doesn't have to carry her all the way to our classroom. (she is always late) The chair is really small so i was bent over a little pushing it. After I dropped it off I Noticed my back was feeling a little funny. I told Donna (the teacher I work for) that my back was feeling weird. I don't think anything of it though, and take one of the kids to the bathroom. I lift him out of his wheelchair and hear this "POP" and pain shoots through my back and down my legs. I set him down and just have to sit for a while. I couldn't move or anything without being in pain. I tried to call the teacher (I have my cell phone with me at all times) But the one time my phone didn't work in the bathroom was then. I just sat there until the other assistant came and I told her she would have to put the child in his chair. Could barely walk all day, it hurt to sit, I was miserable. The good thing about working at the school though is there are a lot of Physical Therapist, so I went and talk to one of them. They looked me over, explained what had happened and I even got a little free physical therapy. ha ha. Now I am at home and going to go housesit my mothers house tonight. YAY!

Ah my day has been interesting. I went to class today at 9 am and just got out, but been posting on the forum and listening to my professor lecture at the same time.
Other then that, it's a ncie sunny day here in KC and I'm probably going to have to study instead of enjoying it. Oh well only one more semester left then I'm finished with college.

ah, well I got suckered into working 6 days again this week. It's only 42 hours this week though…unless I can convince them to send me home early today. Not likely. It's friday >.> The first 4 hours yesterday were merry and fine. AFter my break though, I wanted to stab every customer and spit in their face. And it wasn't becasue I was tired and cranky, because I was tired and cranky yesterday and the customers did not annoy me.
Here's a hint to all you out there that buy groceries. When the cashier is trying to scan all your stuff. Don't stand right at the scanner and decide to move and organise all the product around. your not helping!!! In fact your just pissing me off, and making it take longer, because those banana's I was gonna grab next to put in the bag are now nowhere to be seen, and instead you've put a bunch of cans in front of me, which I can't put on top of your peaches...etc. And btw, while your pissing me off doing this, your bags of groceries are piling up at the end of the till, so when I start baging for the next customer, there is no where to put their bags, because you still have to move your freaking stuff.
Gaaaaa, every little thing after that just gets more annoying because your already pissed off.
So what's something good. Oh, I've been cooking yummy stir fry this week, after I learned how to do it right. And now I know how to cook little shrimpies. mmmm. I got enough veggies and shrimp for one more batch tonight.
Ah, and last saterday, I spent the day with my friend. We spent the afternoon hanging out at her place. Her roomies were gone, so we just sat and talked, and played DDR. We walked down to Dominoes pizza and got a walk in special. That was fun. Next time I have to remember to bring my dance pad over, so we can dance together. :P
Oh, and my roomate insisted that I start watching the Melancoly of Haruhi Suzumiya. It's intersting, but I certainly sit there every episode wondering, what the hell is going on. (it's suposed to be like that. aperently it all makes sence by the end) Either way, the charicters are all great and entertaining, so it's fun to watch even if I have no clue.

ha ha, They'll get to the till with like 3 items in their cart, and then leave it at the end of the till. Where it is in others way, of coarse. I always ask them. "are you done with your cart" so they go and move it. Otherwise, by the time I get to it, another customer is already there, and they have to move it. That's not fair to the other customer.
Work has been tireing this week. I don't know why. We got a 5th person that moved into our townhouse the other day. The one guy better clean out his stuff in the fridge. (always so much stuff just sitting there, never being eaten) I threw out an open bag if shrimp that had sat there for a year.
It is starting to get cold in canada again. I hate the cold. I wanna go out and buy some more winter clothes. We'll see how much money I have.
Oh, and I get to go out for coffee with one of my co-workers after my shift today. I'm tickled pink. (it's so hard to get together with friends nowadays.)

Well today I got up at 7:30, just to go to this estate sales that the school nurse told me about. I collect model horses and she told me there were a lot there and today was 75% off. I go expecting to see some common breyers in horrible condition with high prices. Instead I walk and and saw a whole shelf of china horses. There is a brand called Hagen-Renaker that doesn't make to many horses larger that 3" high anymore (the ones they do are special runs and cost $400+) Anyways, I walk over and . see 6 large sized H-Rs in perfect condition (minus a few scratches on one) To make a long story short I got 6 model horses all worth over a $100 each for $35! I am keeping two and the rest are going on Ebay to pay my tuition. So happy!

hmmm, my day. I watched tv this morning, and chatted online. Then I went shopping today!! I went to the mall and bought a bus pass. It's getting cold now. I might wuss out riding my bike to work every day. (hate the cold) I got some yummy smelling shower gel from the body shop. Vanilla spice, or something like that. I hate perfume smells, but I love food smells. mmmm.
Then I bussed down to walmart and area. I needed to look for stuff for a halloween costume. I'm gonna dress up as Shanks at work, on tuesday. Found some cheep cotton bedding for my pet. Went against my walmart boycot and bought it. (can't be good all the time) Went to my Superstore, and bought some clothes for Shanks. I can wear them afterwards too, so this is great. The front end supervisor (young guy) saw me, and kept asking me "wanna work" me "no"…"wanna work"....me "no"....wanna work....me "no" I saw him walk by again and said "no I don't wanna work" so he calls me by name, and I say "what" (thinking, he's gonna ask anyways) and he says "hi"
.....ok, I thought it was funny. My roomate was working, but he was busy, so I went to priceless shoes..(or whatever it;'s called) and bought some winter boots with my extra money from work. I know it's lame, but I feel proud I bought my very own winter boots. ^_^came home, and found out my other roomates went to superstore. XD they needed to pick up a few things, and were gonna visit me and other roomie. ha, they thought I was working today cause I was gone before they even got out of bed. (lazy bums, I left at 11am)
I bought a butternut squash the other day. I've never had one before. I cooked it up with a simple recipie from Readers Digest. It was yummy. All my roomies got home around this time, and we were all having fun talking, and teasing eachother. It's the one guy's birthday tonight. They bought 8 cans of beer, I think. I don't work tomorrow, so I'll forgive them if they get loud. lol

I just got back from a model horse meeting. Took the horses I found yesterday. We have a collector that collects mainly china. Found out that the horse I paid 3.50 for, is worth over $600. All the others were worth $200 or greater. I got three of them practically sold already. Just so excited, good finds like these never happen to me.
Came home with a migrane, rested, now I got to study for the algebra test I have tomorrow.

Aside from accidently making a big hole in my bathroom wall and having to pay to fix it, today was okay. Sure, my legs feel like rubber from walking 4 miles, but I got a math test back, and I got a B. That really surprised me, since I'm normally really bad at math, and this is college-level stuff.

My day today was sucky do to my job. I am a cartpusher at wal-mart and I really HATE it. I was all alone during my whole shift and the parking lot was messy like crazy because of it! When I asked the CSM or the manegers for help they promised me they'll send someone out there to help me and you know what…NOBODY CAME! I was struggling and everything through out the entire day. When my shift was finally over I was glad to be able to go home, relax and forget about all that happened today.
Yep,today sucked for me BIG TIME!

If Health Class didn't exist, World Civ would be the worst class ever.
Seriously, our teacher told us that we'd get extra credit if we labelled all the countries on an africa map for a quiz, which I did, along with the surrounding islands, but she decided she wasn't going to give it to us.
Second, my homework for class that I had to make up, one of the questions were marked even lower than the previous grade for that question. Which is funny, because I wrote down THE EXACT SAME TEXT, along with whatever she said I was missing. Along with that, she only gave me 1/4 the whole point for another question, which I only missed because it was so ambiguously stated and that the book didn't give it to us at all.
then there's another sheet she gave us back in which she marked it wrong and never gave me the reason why, along with a question where she never even told us to give dates of the events.
And that she's giving out detentions by the dozen. I haven't recieved one yet, but quite a few other people who haven't done anything have recieved them.
Seriously. I've got all A's in my other classes, and the only reason why I think I'm getting a B in her class is the screwed up grading system and what not she throws at us.
Other than that, a fine halloween.

I went out to help push carts for a few hours at my job one day. It is hard to keep up, when your all alone. I decided, that from now on, I will take the time, to put my cart in the little cart huts, instead of leaving them where ever. It's a pain in the butt to run all over the parking lot, collecting those things!
