I assume you mean Sazae-san.
I'm just going to take a wild guess from your sig and say you wouldn't like it at all.
It's one of the longest running comics and longest running Japanese animation as I recall. Not much except Doraemon has come close to it I believe. It's a story of a lady growing up in Japan with her family in Newspaper comic style. It's widely credited as being a major influential feminist work that was important to the immergence of the modern female spirit it Japan.
Whatever, it kicks the hell out of OP in ratings.

**Ah, I still see Sazaesan strips in the newspapers. As a little kid, I'd only remember the names of the character's that had anything to do with food (Wakame, Katsuo, etc.).
Come to think of it, that's all I can remember…
For pictures, simply Google it!
I got this, but it doesn't really help in terms of pictures, http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encycloped…nime.php?id=870. Check out the news article on that page about the stock market. Pretty funny.

I haven't seen it since 1996, so I don't remember anything else than the intro: "Osakana kuwaeta doraneko…" Wonder if they're still using that song...
-
It's ridiculously long-running - the strip started just after the war. That's why the style doesn't look much like what we think of as manga/anime (although there's probably been some influence in modern times), because it's actually pre-Tezuka. I've seen a few of them. It was considered extremely progressive in its day, although with the changing times it's seen as pretty traditional now. I remember the song too, but only the part that goes, "SA-ZA-E-san, Sazae-san!"

You know it!

haha yeah don't think that song'll ever change…... Sazae san is classic... I remember sazae san, Chibi maruko chan, and doraemon as "forever running shows" from when I was younger but I guess sazae san beats them all. lol.
It's so funny because at my japanese school the other day, my friends and I were quizzing each other on sazae san ques. ..... such a random topic.... But now that I come to think of it, I haven't watched it in a loooooooong time... I should go look for some videos of it...

Sazae-san is different from most anime though in that each episode is only 15 minutes long. . . . right?
We watched an episode of it in Japanese class. Very amusing, but it's really like the daily comic strip of anime.
