I know we used to have at least one of these threads floating around here, but I can't seem to find any now. So if someone runs across them, let me know so I can merge these.

Anyway, after months and months spent on this thing (well, not straight through ), it's finally mostly done! There are a few trouble spots where I don't like how the pacing is that I'll probably go back and fix, but for right now, this is good enough for me. So now, without much further ado, the new and improved Alabasta movie-style trailer… without subtitles! Yaaay!

Deblas, I got the music from a trailer I remembered seeing years ago and I knew it was Craig Armstrong (he's done a lot of instrumental stuff for movies, noteably to Baz Luhrmann's Romeo and Juliet and Moulin Rouge), so I looked him up and found that piece. I've had it on my computer for a few years. ^^

Vivi– The first one I did is a Chopper video called belonely.wmv and the second one was todiefor.wmv, which is basically about how much abuse the crew all go through for the sake of one another. I'd like to redo both of them someday but it's harder redoing something than doing it straight through the first time. ^^;

Thank you, everyone, I'm very flattered you all like it so much. ^_^ As to the inquiries on the music, I know for a fact it's written by Craig Armstrong, and I'm pretty sure the title is called "Escape". It might be from the Patriot, since that's the title I found it under, but I'm honestly not sure, it might have just been used in a trailer for it. I think it's been used in a lot of trailers. But I do know it's by Craig Armstrong.

Bevin, that gave me chills. Watching it just brought out such emotion it was ridiculous. Everything was choreographed so nicely - not only the action to the feeling, but also the actual things themselves - the explosion right as it picks up, Sanji getting into Anti-Manners Kick Course during one particular swooping sensation of the song. It was just incredible.

These take me a long time to do and I'll sometimes go for a while without working on them just because I'll burn myself out on really long sessions, etc. I know there's a board in the AMV.org board where you can post video ideas for other people to try out, though, so some people must do it. ^^

Here is an AMV. It is Arlong Duel Music Video…yes parts are not as good quality as others, but I got the music to sync perfectly with it. I made it with clips that Snow Yeti made a long time ago. Now I own all the episodes and I finnaly uploaded it. This is dedicated to her.
Best parts are the destruction of AP(Usopps reaction is the best of all), Death of Bellemere, Stabbing of Usopp, Shanks and Mihawk, Nami saying thank you, and You are my Nakama.
The song? Duel of the Fates of course. Tell me, did I do a good job? If so I'm planning on doing a Battle of the Heroes one for Baroque Works and/or Imperial March for one of the villians (Arlong, Crocodile, or Buggy springs to mind)
