What's the truth? I heard E.Oda said he doesn't how Shanks fights despite using a sword. Which means Shanks has more abilities other than swordsmanship?

It looks like the very last two pages are some kind of promo/info thing for the live action series. Is there any new info there, or are they just putting the announcement somewhere volume readers will see it? And the Oda note there, new one or old?

Found around the internet - scan of the full dust jacket, including Oda's comment. No idea what it actually says but if I had to take a wild guess from the pictures, I'd say the Vinsmoke family have made their latest scientific discovery: the snapchat filter.
