ONE PIECE ROLLIN
Intro: Hello AP! About 1 year ago I posted a forum game that did fairly well. I learned a lot of ways to improve the game. I know there are even more ways to improve it, but for now, I present to you, Version 2 of One Piece Rollin'!
HOW TO PLAY:
Note: How to Roll: Go to this website: Random Number Generator. For lower limit, type 001. For upper, type 999. Press 'ENTER' to get your roll.
The goal of the game is to journey down the Grand Line as either a Pirate or a Marine, create alliances, level up, gain special powers like Devil Fruits or Haki, and find One Piece!
The first thing you do is follow the instructions in the box "Start Your Journey Here!" This will give you a Main Character. Afterwards, you start each turn in the "Happenings" box. Roll and look for the number that coincides with your roll in the "Happenings" box. That will tell tell you which other box to go to. Go to that box, and follow the instructions. Once done, that will conclude your turn.
You may roll again after a couple of other people have rolled. If no one has rolled for a while, feel free to bump the thread with your own roll. THERE IS A LIMIT OF 5 TURNS PER DAY.
At the end of your turn, remember to structure your post as so:

LIST OF DEVIL FRUITS:
01-05: Gomu Gomu no Mi: You're a rubber man! When in any battle, add +50 to your chracter level!
05-10: Bara Bara no Mi: You can split yourself into pieces! If you dislike a roll (not including your first Happenings roll or any roll in a PVP battle), reroll! You can only do this once per turn!
11-15: Bomu Bomu no Mi: EXPLOSIVE! After you PVP battle another pirate/marine, choose an enemy character other than the captain. That character cannot gain levels or contribute to battles for the next 5 turns weather you win or lose!
21-25: Baku Baku no Mi: You can eat anything! After you PVP battle another pirate/marine crew, give this character levels equal to the enemies weakest character's level.
26-30: Supa Supa no Mi: SHARP! When in any battle, add +10 to each of your crewmates level!
31-35: Bane Bane no Mi: YOU'RE FAST! When you're done with your turn, you can choose to have a SECOND turn immediately in the same post! (You cannot roll an extra turn if you rolled PVP)
36-40: Ito Ito no Mi: Parasitic strings! After you PVP battle another pirate/marine crew, your opponent's weakest crewmate joins your crew for 5 turns! At the end of the 5 turns, it is returned to its original crew.
41-45: Nori Nori no Mi: Total control of time! At the start of your turn, when you roll for HAPPENINGS, you may choose a HAPPENING above or below the one you rolled instead! You can do this only once per day.
46-50: Awa Awa no Mi: Squeaky clean! At the end of your turn, if you have a character that cannot gain levels or contribute to attacks, remove that restriction!
51-55: Yomi Yomi no Mi: If this character dies, bring him back to life! If this character dies in Impel Down, return him to your crew. This Devil Fruit can only prevent death once.
56-60: Nikyu Nikyu no Mi: Strong Paws! When in a PVP battle with another priate/marine crew, choose a character other than the captain. That character cannot gain levels or contribute to the current battle!
61-65: Doku Doku no Mi: POISONOUS. When in a PVP battle with another pirate/marine crew, a character with a level equal or less than this character's level (other than the captain) cannot contribute or gain levels in the current battle!
66-70: Ope Ope no Mi: At the start of your turn, when you roll for HAPPENINGS, you may choose to rearrange the 3 numbers in any way you like! You can only do this once per day.
71-75: Buki Buki no Mi: You can make weapons! When in any battle, add +50 to your character Lvl!
76-80: Giro Giro no Mi: You can see EVERYTHING! If you choose, your roll for HAPPENINGS is the same as the poster above you! You can only do this once a day (every 5 turns).
81-85: Doa Doa no Mi: DOORMAN. This character cannot be affected negatively if you lose in PVE or AMBUSH.
86-90: Pamu Pamu no Mi: EXPLOSIVE… kinda! When you roll PVE or AMBUSH, double your character Lvl for that turn!
01-10: Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model Bison: HORNY! When in any battle, add +60 to your character level!
11-20: Hito Hito no Mi, Model Daibutsu: GOLDEN! When in a PVP battle, the enemies 2 weakest characters cannot contribute to the battle!
21-30: Tori Tori no Mi, Model Falcon: The sky's the limit! When you roll PVE or AMBUSH, add +30 to your character level! Automatically win Sky Island battles in PVE!
31-40: Inu Inu no Mi, Model Dachshund: When in any battle, add +20 to your character level! After you PVP battle another pirate/marine crew, choose an enemy character other than the captain. That character cannot gain levels or contribute to future battles for the next 5 turns weather you win or lose!
41-50: Inu Inu no Mi, Model Wolf: Super Strong! When in any batle, add +100 to your character level!
51-60: Neko Neko no Mi, Model Leopard: EVEN STRONGER! Choose to add +200 to your character level during a PVP battle. If you do, this character cannot contribute to the next PVP battle!
71-80: Sara Sara no Mi, Model: Axolotl: SO CUTE! If this character dies, you may choose to give this Devil Fruit to another one of your crewmates! When in any battle, add +40 to your character level!
81-90: Mushi Mush no Mi, Mode: Kabutomushi: Small, but strong! When in a PVP battle, if this character's lvl is lower than your opponent's lowest character lvl, double this character's level for that battle!
91-99: Zo Zo no Mi: ELEPHANT! When in any battle, add +40 to your character level! This character ALWAYS gains 5 levels at the end of any battle, weather you win or lose!
01-16: Moku Moku no Mi: SMOKEY! When in a PVP battle, force your opponent to reroll if you are not happy with their original roll!
17-33: Mera Mera no Mi: YOU'RE ON FIRE! When in any battle, add +100 to your character level! If this character dies, you may choose to give it to another member of your crew! You can only do this once.
34-50: Suna Suna no Mi: SANDSTORM! If you roll a PVP battle, you may choose to ignore it and reroll for another "HAPPENINGS". If you choose to do this, you can't the next time you roll PVP.
51-67: Goro Goro no Mi: SHOCKING! When in any battle, add +100 to your character level! This character cannot die and thus will remain in Impel Down/Hostaged until rescued.
93-99: Yami Yami no Mi: UNSTOPPABLE. Add +50 to your character level. When in a PVP battle, and if you win, this character gains the abilities of the weakest enemies Devil Fruit ability for the next turn only. The enemy character keeps their Devil Fruit ability.

FAQ
! I rolled 'x', but I can't do 'x'. (For example, rolling Alliance, but there are no Alliances to be made OR rolling Recruit when you already have a full crew). What do I do?
If you cannot complete one of the Happenings, reroll for that turn.
! Someone else rolled PVP against me. I posted the outcome for my crew. Does this count as a turn?
No. A turn is when you roll from the Happenings box. Concluding a battle does not count.
! I rolled Ambush with only 1 character and lost. What happens?
Nothing. Your Main Character cannot be affected in Ambush.
! Can I make alliances with crews that aren't in the same sea as I am?
Yes.
! Do I lose Kenbunshoku Haki if I lose my next battle?
No. Kenbunshoku Haki stays with you until you win a battle. The other two types of Haki are used during your next battle weather you win or lose.
! What does Hostaged/Impel Down mean?
A character that is hostaged or in Impel Down cannot gain levels nor contribute to battles. They can be rescued by ANYONE by rolling "Impel Down". Remove Hostaged/Impel Down characters from your character list after they are added to this post.
! In an alliance, does my allianced crew's Devil Fruit bonuses count for me too?
No. In an alliance, you only take half of your allianced crew's base levels.
! Can I end an alliance?
Yes! You can end an alliance at any time. Make sure to let the other player know!
! I rolled PVP but my enemy hasn't responded. Can I roll my next turn?
No. If your enemy isn't responding, PM them. If they don't respond within a day, feel free to reroll.
! I rolled PVP against someone who was already in a PVP battle. What do I do?
You reroll for something else. All PVP battle must finish before either player rolls their next turn or receives another PVP battle from someone else.
! I rolled PVP against someone who hasn't had their first 5 turns yet. What do I do?
It is up to them to accept or decline the PVP.
