Everyone loves Hiriluk(and Noland)
This is too hard. And too fun too.
Nothing you wouldn't expect from a final round like this one. But too hard nonetheless.

This may be a little strange, but here is something (I guess you could call it a campaign), not in the form of an image, but in the form of a story.
This is an actual, true story that the current situation kinda reminded me of. It's actually pretty long, so I spoiler-tagged it.
! I grew up in a pretty small village (I still live there) with just a handful of inhabitants. There are no stores or anything here; all we have is houses, a school and (surprisingly) a football (soccer) club. Football is a pretty big thing here, and every kid around here grows up playing football. There’s an annual football tournament for elementary/primary school (for kids up to about 10/11 years old) teams from all schools from other villages and towns in the area, in which our school competes every year. About 10 to 15 schools participate in this tournament, with some larger schools sending in several different teams.
! When I was a kid, there was one particularly big school that always sent in three teams. Their school was so big that they had the liberty of being able to pick the best players from among their students and still make three teams; and they always had professionally-made outfits, complete with actual sponsors and all kinds of professional-looking things that I and the other kids from my school were always super jealous of. For as long as we could remember, teams from this particular school had always won the tournament.
! When I was in the final year of my school, we had 11 kids in our class. Two of these were girls, so they couldn’t participate in the tournament (there was a separate tournament for girls). But one of these girls was actually really good at playing football, so our school got special permission to allow her to participate anyway. Two of the other boys weren’t really into football, so they didn’t participate either. That left us with 8 kids, but we needed (at least) 11 to make a team, so we had to include some younger kids from lower classes into our team as well. The year below us actually had about 5 kids (including girls), so that wasn’t too helpful either; but in the end we managed to get a full team with two substitute players. One of the kids from a lower class was actually really good too, so that was a bonus.
So, anyway, we finally had our team together. We trained our asses of at the grounds of the football club in our village until the day of the tournament came. Every kid of our team brought his or her own blue shirt (all different kinds of blue), and not all of us owned actual football shoes and socks, so some played on regular shoes. We really seemed like a rag-tag band of kids who didn’t take things seriously, but the opposite was true. Kids from our school had always done fairly well in this tournament in the preceding years, but they never managed to win. This was really a prestigious thing for us, and we knew that we had a good team this year. If we ever wanted to win, this would be our year! We had this really strong, big kid on goal, who once kicked the ball across the entire field (I think we played on half fields) and hit the crossbar of the opponents’ goal, causing their goal to actually fall over. We had a kid who was a refugee from Kosovo and who was our top scorer (he is a professional football player now). We had a tall, pale guy with white shoes, who we called “Whitefoot” and who was usually the captain of our team. Then we had the girl I talked about earlier and a guy from a class below us, who were both much better then most of our other players… and I could go on about the rest, but that’s not the point now.
So, I guess you can feel where this is going. We managed to win our pool. We made it through the first round, the second round, etc. until we made it to the finals, where we faced one of the three teams from the school I mentioned earlier. For us as kids, this was really an epic battle against a much stronger opponent. The odds were against us, we looked like a bunch of sorry amateurs facing a professional team. But, we won that final match! That year really was our year and we brought the cup home to our school, where it stood in the central hall for a full year. Everyone was super proud of it; the kids, the teachers, our parents – because we did it. As a team.
! So… somehow this character tournament made me think of this little tale from my youth earlier today ^^. I kinda feel like Noland’s way to the finals has very much been like it was back then. And now we’re facing the amazing Jinbei camp with campaigns that are so good that it sometimes feels like we don’t stand a chance… just like it was when I was a kid and we faced that really professional-looking team in the finals of the football tournament I wrote about.
But back then, we won! If there ever was a year we could win, it was that year, just like this year is the year Noland can win. (And I like Jinbei too, but I honestly believe he will get another chance if he doesn’t win now!) Even though the odds were against us, we managed to win the tournament. Even though the other team seemed stronger, we managed to defeat them.
! So, don’t give up, my fellow fans of Noland! We can do this! Lets ring that Golden Bell. As a team.
I really could use an early chapter!
Wow that was an amazing story.I don't know how else to describe it.Go Noland!Go Huon!

Voting for Noland for the sole reason that I want this to be as close as possible and I haven't really had time to campaign this match.
I know, I know, I'm a bad Print Error.
That said…the campaigns are utterly amazing and I love you guys and yay!
That's why I don't like doing a hasty…
Voting for Noland for the sole reason that I want this to be as close as possible
You are right that a close match is the best thing one could wish for, but I must admit that, as a campaigner, this is the worst thing to hear :(. Not liking the character or the campaigns just happens, but losing votes because it's not close enough…yeah :(
Ahh, both sides have really great campaigns, and both characters are super cute. What a great way to end the 2013 Tournament!
