I don't know who any of them are. But i hope at one point or another they get elephant gun'd in the face by luffy.
That would be an interesting way for Luffy to introduce himself to the brokers.

The broker who has a lion-man subordinate reminds me of Seagull, the crewmate of Roger Pirates.
Hmm. Who's this now?
My $0.02, the silhouette shown smoking a cigar with an afro is Shiliew, and the guy besides him is Daz Bones. Croc and Daz have gone under Blackbeard.
Can you post an image, please? I don't remember seeing bird people among the brokers.
The people with beaks? Or maybe I'm mistaken
I had the impression those were masks.

hell no croc doesn't serve under anyone he goes against them
So about the lucci thing:
I think both silhouettes with top hat are lucci. they both seem to have curly hair, although that could be something else, but the ears match,not only with each other, but also with this picture.
they all are pointy. if this was intentionally drawn, then it couldn't be Lafitte, because his ears are really round on the top.
the reason I think kid and the top hat silhouette(lucci) are shown for the second time, is that they had personal experiences with luffy, and also with law in kid's case. If this theory is correct, then the first one from chapter counter hazard with the weird head or hat is also someone who has a connection to luffy, law, smoker or caesar.
edit post:
ah, crap, lafitte does have pointy ears, so it could be either.
he has pointy ears but it's luccis hair that separates him from laffite especially in the newest chapter were it's more detailed…and laffite has loop earrings so yea....
hell no croc doesn't serve under anyone he goes against them
Nothing against Croc but him and Daz alone with maybe a crew of "fodder" aren't enough to go against a Yonkou and survive.
He has new world experience as a silver medalist already I'm quite sure he knows the ins and out of dealing with such situations and could fend for himself without going under someone else, if anything there will be people under him. Look at the war the man made everyone his enemy and no fucks were given lol you underestimate him.
I really do think the two top hat individuals are Lucci and Lafitte respectively, but the setting in which they're shown looks so similar that I'm tempted to think it actually is the same person being shown twice. If that is the case, my guess would be Lucci since it looks like a pretty ritzy room.
I agree that Croc definitely wouldn't be under a yonkou. Because we've seen him defeated already, I don't think he'll come back as a major villain. More of an antihero. He seemed to be warming up to Luffy and all of his antics during the war, even though he was doing his own thing. Him wanting to be PK is the only thing that makes it seem he could get in the SH's way again antagonistically. I just think unless he got seriously souped up over the timeskip, he wouldn't be too much of a problem for the SH's to defeat which is why I think they won't straight on face him. But under someone else, definitely not.

We don't know that there was Yonkou when Croc was in the New World. It could have been completely different, in fact I doubt there was any alliances between pirates (outside of crews obviously) and it was one big free-for-all. Croc's "experience" of getting his butt kicked could be worth nothing.

Doesn't matter though people like him don't fall under anyone they rise to the challenge and form their own group. Rest assured when we see him again his crew will consist of people crazy as him and daz bones, I mean if the dude isbrave enough to challenge whitebeard, jozu, mihawk, doflamingo and akainu without giving a damn I see no reason he can't find a prominent crew to fight off emperors in the new world. Dropping him under someone is ridiculous.
So ambition and being brave doesn't mean that much. Luffy wasn't afraid to attack all three admirals at the same time, does that mean he would find it easy to fight off Yonkou?
I never said anything about it being easy but croc is smart and him knowing how the new world works he'd make his own crew, form his own alliance and strategize how to take said yonkous down or fight them off. Again putting someone of his calibre under someone is dumb but you'll see it for yourself when he's brought back into the story no use in trying to change your mind here when it's already obvious keep on with your lil fanfiction lol
He wouldn't essentially lose all his goals and ambition under Blackbeard… he would be using Teach as a means to an end. Like you said we'll see what happens when he returns to the story but I'm confident with this... I'll leave it at that
It's actually more unlikely because of Blackbeard's attitude towards Crocodile… He didn't seem to have much respect for the guy.
I laugh at how people think that the silhouette on Ohms right is Shachi/Penguin. If Ohm is there, it
s obviously Satori.
Has anyone already theorized that the guy with the big horn things is avalo pizarro?
I say they're all Sabo.
@400MillionBelis:
I say they're all Sabo.
They're all Koala.
Hoping they're all new characters, besides the Lucci look-alike of course.
No wait guys you've got it all wrong!
They're all Donflamingo. He pulls the strings behind everything, even behind buying something from himself.
Im the only one who thinks that the best broker is Gecko? Not Gordon….......Moria.
Trident guy is Wire , And glasses guy is shachi ,however the middle guy is Omh , because the cigarette guy is Enel :ninja:
@400MillionBelis:
As a reference:
I'll update it as we go.
I call the guy in the top right as Absalom! :ninja:
I know most of these guesses are jokes but people need to think before making certain guesses.
For example Don Kreig is not a good guess. He was a weak man scared of the Grand Line. Doubt he'd make it to the New World. (Also i know the Don Kreig guess was mostly a joke but it fits my example).
Good guesses like Laffitte, and Sabo make a lot more sense.
Also I believe the guy with the sunglasses and big cowboy hat near the bottom left of the panel he was in (above him it says "and these are various parts of frozen land") is one of Shanks nameless crewmates shown throughout the story. Similar clothing, and Shanks would hafta keep up with things in the New World. Maybe this is his crewmate watching whats going on in order to keep Shanks informed? Makes sense.

To me that feels like revolutionaries keeping track of things. Surely they're in on this somehow
Can you explain to me why Sabo would make sense?
@steven:

Yes . :ninja:
Maybe Croc works together with Don Flamingo. Yes he says no during the war, but maybe he changed his mind and accepted the temporary alliance,…..until he gets the chanche to backstab him of course.
The only one I'm completely sure about is Lucci.
One of the Skypiea guys would be a pleasant surprise.
@steven:

Well personally I just feel like it's a good guess. Aside from looks (lots of tall hat wearing brokers), he does need a way to reintroduce himself to the story. We don't know his background but the best guess is hes a revolutionary. Revolutionaries would need to keep up with what is going on, so although it may not be the best guess in hindsight, I think it's very likely.
Also one of the brokers looks like Curiel. Similar hat and things surrounding his ears.
now these predictions are just getting pathetic, and how many people actually believe that guys crocodile, it's really sad

You do know little to no one is being serious with their speculations?
@400MillionBelis:

some obviously are, but others….. and some may be sarcastic and i'm just not noticing it, but when your on forums where you've seen people seriously arguing about zoro possibly beating mihawk off-screen or black beard having a Cerberus devil fruit and so you tend to lose sight of who's being serious and who's kidding
It seems Oda is done introducing new brokers? He's showed a couple of them twice now, and it seems that they will be the group to witness the end of this arc. Oda could have done it two ways, showed many silhouettes without introducing some of them, or what he did now, show a few who will all probaby be relevant to the story and make future appearances
Don't be so sure…
I have a question: is Kidd considered to be one of the brokers ?
@400MillionBelis:

If they don't want to be taken seriously they should write in comic sans - no one takes anything in comic sans seriously :getlost:
But if you're going to throw out random crap - be ready to repeal it when you're wrong.
Earlier in the thread I said the guy with the trident might have been Axe Hand Morgan - thinking maybe he upgraded the axe for a trident - but with a clearer shot that is clearly invalid - I was wrong there.

He watches the feed, but he is not an actual broker, so no. I wonder if Pekoms and Tamago are brokers, though? They ARE racketeers.

I think they will simply bring the info back to Big Mam, like I'm sure Kaido had agents listening in that will do the very same. I'm sure the Yonko want to know what's going on in the New World, which, is pretty much their land.

I understand.

I think this Brokers organization only focuses on weapons, and that their are tons of other "suppliers" like CC that are making these weapons.

This .
I just realized this is where Rockstar will make his comeback. The only question is which of the silhouettes he is
If rockstar makes his comeback , Probably the Shachi/Pengui theory ( glasses guy ) is now one similar guy from shanks crew.
I highly doubt any of the brokers besides the supernova's revealed, and Big Mam's henchmen are characters we've seen before. I don't see how any of these characters could go from their defeat to small or big underworld names. Only one I could believe is Lucci, but doesn't seem like a route he'd take.

Lucci is a wanted man now. He doesn't have much of a choice but to walk the path of a criminal. Plus, he once worked for the WG and probably knows a lot of inside information, which I guess would be useful to build a successful name in the underworld market.
I know it's not the case but doesn't the guy with the cowboy hat look a lot like brooks old captain? EDIT: okay never mind way off base there
