Someone like Smoker knew Zoro defeated Mr 1 and the WG wouldn't know? Sanji fought mr 2 who had 30 million beri bounty but due to no one saw the fight and WG not knowing about it Sanji got nothing… Don't bring chopper into this, even his own crew didn't know monster chopper was their friend chopper until after taking time to find similarities. Sogeking got a bounty for what he did and not Usopp and why is that?

What does Mr 1 or Mr 2 have to do with what I said oO ? And sogeking got the bounty, because it's him who burnt the flag, and fight the marine with other on the bridge.

Excatly cuz that's what/who they reported doing this stuff and not Usopp… My comment is for the dude arguing my bounty understanding doesn't make sense..

True, but if you look at my bounty understanding post then you see it makes sense…. All the people I listed on their bounty being based on strength and threat are mostly Captains...

I also admit that my own understanding is pretty flawed, but that's only because I know as much as you do, or anyone else for that matter. There's no official criteria after all.

It does seem like a pretty subjective business.

I can imagine bounties would have been a lot different had Kuzan become fleet admiral, rather than Sakazuki.

A bounty is just the perceived amount of threat a person poses to the WG (according to the Gorousei I think).The power + influence thing just needlessly complicates it since it means the same thing in the end.

I may be wrong, but I think the reason they put a bounty on Zorro was because he "killed" a hundred of bounty hunter at whiskey peak. But the worth of his bounty was because he defeated Mr 1. And since Sanji "has only" defeated Mr 2 a criminal, it wasn't a reason enough to put a bounty on his head.

I think Barto mentioned them being killed. Bu I am not sure if it is the right translation.

Killed because that's what he probably read in the news paper… Last time we saw two of those bounty hunters Zoro cut in a cover page married with a child...

Maybe he killed some. Altough I don't remember hit that should have been fatal.

I hate to say this buddy but you aren't actually the authority on the calculation of OP bounties. Your previous post was a fair outline of how the system MAY work. We really don't know enough about it like King Cannon said.

Back to the Worst Generation.

I was thinking about if it does become clear that both the SHH and KHA alliances are targeting Kaido, would both alliances want to merge or would they hinder each other? Hoping to grasp the glory for themselves, glory that's already being diluted by any kind of alliance in the first place.

I think that the only person that would be opposed to that would be Kid. We've already seen that it was down to Killer to broker the KHA initially, making Kid have to acknowledge both Hawkins and Apoo as equal partners in the venture. I can't see Kid being willing to further water down his own standing by only having a 20% stake in a yonko takedown, he's too arrogant for that.

This is obviously all speculation since we don't really have a clue about the KHA plan or which yonko they're targeting, but I thought it could be an interesting development. Also an alliance that includes 7 supernovas Vs. Kaido and his Zoan army would just be awesome.
