Hey! Notice that all North Blue pirates (Law, Drake and Hawkins) are all top tiers or the Supernova? Does that mean that North Blue is a violent kind of country, the reason why Dragon and the revolutionaries are there? Seriously, I'm interrested of North Blue. Hopefully this will affect Sanji's backstory in someway.
Huh… What I just noticed from that picture of Capone Gang is that he has really delicate lady fingers.

Indeed. I still want to know why Oda brought up the fact that Sanji was originally from the North Blue long ago in the series.
Also, the SuperNovas not being planned? Bloody hell ODa. XD

IIRC, Laffite was once a police officer in North Blue.
Wasn't he from West Blue?
Yes, Laffitte was from West Blue.
The North Blue characters are Noland, Cricket, Bellamy's crew, Law's crew, Hawkins, Drake, and Sanji.

Ahh good didn't want to trust the completely horrible mangareader translations from the Shichibukai meeting

So the Strawhats could have a member from each main sea?
East Blue: Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp.
South Blue: Franky.
West Blue: Robin, Brook.
North Blue: Sanji.
Grand Line: Chopper.

Under The Sea/Fishman Island: Jimbei

Feasibly?

Kinemon is terrible,Jinbe needs more work, a lot more work.

Jinbe needs more work?
Like, another 3 arcs including one which basically focuses around him and everything he stands for?
I think at least most of the supernovas were planned but Oda just introduced them earlier than intended.

Kinemon is going to stay on his island after the strawhats fix whatever the hell is wrong with his island just like vivi!
Thoughts are that Basil Hawkings is the last shichibukai and the drake is now one of kaidou's top elites
I don't think it would be possible for a supernova to survive two years on the grandline when right from the start he pissed a yonkou off, my guess is he wanted his attention so he could join him, no way a newbie (albeit a supernova) could stay alive two years from constant attacks by a yonkou and his allies, he's probs a top member now
and Hawkings is constantly said to be in the rankings with Kid, Law, Drake and Luffy my guess is their the elites but the other guys are monsters as well
now what I'm wondering is are many of them still just regular captains or have they all got new groups, like working for a yonkou being a shichibukai or something else
Interesting you say this. Two years you expect people to be crushed in the New World just because they are rookies? Well I don't think so. No offence to what you posted just that I think otherwise bud! I think X Drake is doing just fine and not being "whipped" as Kaido's subordinate. Look at Kidd he's doing his thing, he's destroyed two of Big Mom's ships and Law is still around.
I think the supernovas are gonna start taking each other out right now, so it's going to ultimately be Law, Kidd and Luffy left.
I've been wondering, when did Oda plan to introduce the supernovas if not the Sabaordy arc? Was it after the Strawhats enter the New World? If that's the case then does Law saving Luffy during the war also unplanned and Oda just decided to let one of his characters he introduced earlier to play a more important role? Seems too much of an improvisation to me. Introducing the supernovas in the Sabaordy arc was perfect.

I think with "unplanned supernovas" people refer to Apoo, Bedge, Drake, Urouge & Hawkins. And it makes sense, since their presence wasn't really necessary, but filled Saobody with badass fighting scenes and more.
On the other hand I can't imagine the arc without Law, Kidd and Bonney. I'm sure they were planned from the very beginning.

I guess. But introducing them earlier was always a better move. Rather then sailing the new world and meet some random pirate crew, at least now they meet someone they know of.

Certainly.
It is no surprise that it is the favorite arc for many. But while it was a great decision after all, I'm a little worried that Oda actually had to change his plot because someone else thought it needs some spice.
One would think that a mangaka of Oda's calibre can do whatever he wants.

Kawashima: During the W7 arc, after they parted with Merry, I was assigned to One Piece from the chapter where Garp shows up.
That chapter happened to be ranked number 1 in the weekly poll with a massive margin over other manga, and that's when I realized how awesome this series was.
Oonishi: I started from the chapter where Kid, Law, and other Supernova Rookies showed up. But they weren't originally planned.
Watanabe: What!? Really!?
Oonishi: It was already decided that the crew will be separated at SA, but we figured that may not be enough to spice things up.
That's when Mr Oda said "Would it be more interesting if bunch of new characters showed up?"
Then 3 hours after that, he not only finished the designs of all of them, but had the fixed name ("name" is manga term for rough draft of the chapter) with all of them already drawn in.
I thought the "we" I bolded here meant "oda and the editors", not just the editors.
Plus, Oda himself was the one that came with the Supernova suggestion, so his editors cannot be blamed for any changes in that arc.

Which girl are you referring to? Oh and when he talks Luffy goes

You must not know luffy all that well. When anyone tells a story of their past or whatever luffy is always uninterested. Take najiko for example.
And he's referring to nico robin.

ninja'd by that guy ^

He still went to sleep didn't he? Usually when Robin is standing in the background looking pretty, it leads to ground breaking information later on in the arc.
@Marcellle: Trolling is fun isn't it?

He either walks away or goes to sleep for peoples flashbacks so it's irrelevant. He wouldn't have invited him in the crew if he was boring

Yet you said Robin was boring (before you edited your post), but she's actually in the crew. So he must not think she's boring either.
Jimbei is better though at least he's more entertaining than her

Cool, whatever you say.
Whoever says Jinbē is more entertaining than Robin, has forgotten one very important detail.

Why do you think your opinion matters?
If Oda wants Jimbei to join, he will.
And Oda know how to make his chracters interesting, so Jimbei and Robin are each interesting their way.
But that's not the point. It's the Supernova topic, if you wanna argue, may you go to the Nakama topic ?
About the present arc, I got a question, do you think we're going to see Law's crew or did he broke it by becoming a shishi ?
Jinbe being more entertaining or better than Robin? Oh you guys. :3
About the present arc, I got a question, do you think we're going to see Law's crew or did he broke it by becoming a shishi ?
I think Law still has his crew because in chapter 668 Straw Hats shouted something like "We're forming an alliance with the Heart Pirates!?"
No idea where they're hiding though.
I like Jinbe quite a bit more than I like Robin, and I like Kinemon so far even better than that, (though I'm not convinced he's a future crewmate.) Meh, eff what I just wrote, think what you want.

They're as ignorant to the status of his crew as we are aren't they?
Also, I'm really interested to see how Oda handles the less hyped up supernovas, particularly Capone and Urouge. (though I'm hoping X Drake is allowed to overshadow Kidd, much more interesting to me; though I'm not banking on it.)

You actually don't need to broke off from your crew to become a Shichibukai (like Hancock). I hope we will see or find out about his crew soon whether they are alive/captured/injured/dead.

I feel the exact opposite way. Robin > Jinbē > Kinemon. xD

Capone and Urouge are probably working for Yonkō. They didn't seem strong enough to make it on their own.
I'm actually way more interested in characters like Apoo, Hawkins, and Bonney, than I am in Kidd or Drake.
Probably BECAUSE Kidd and Drake are the "big names" alongside Law. I want to see what the rest are up to. :C
Capone and Urouge are probably working for Yonkō. They didn't seem strong enough to make it on their own.
They survived, and we really didn't get a good gauge for Capone's strength. Neither of them seem like the type who would follow though, especially Capone.

Bedge is doomed, pretty sure of that. It is either working under a Yonkou or death.
One of the messages I get from One Piece is that relying on other people won't get you anywhere (Krieg, Moriah, Spandam, Demalo Black etc.), and Bedge is all about using others.
Why do you think your opinion matters?
If Oda wants Jimbei to join, he will.
True, but you know I was being sarcastic in response to Marcelle's behavior. Right? Also I really hope Urouge doesn't have a devil fruit, because in this series super strength isn't special.
Urouge's DF (If he has one) could be muscle manipulation.
I call Apoo having an airship, seriously.
And if he does have one I will just be major happy
It needs to happen
IT NEEEEEEDS TO HAPPEN
I mean, the submarines are taken by Law, so no yellow submarine (The Beatles reference of course, which is musical)
can hazz airship? Please?
ALSO:
I think Drake is AGAINST Kaidou, not ranked within his… well... ranks.
And I think Urouge is ranked in the ranks of Blackbeard...
