Hopefully in this weeks chapter we get more into the fights less bouncing around from one to the other, I really need to see brook in a proper one on one match

Frankly, the chances of we getting a chapter dedicated to each fight is pretty slim. 7-8 chapters without plot advancement doesn't sound good in terms of narrative, especially with all the stuff happening above Fishman Island.
But if Oda wants to showcase everybody's fights anyway, then the best way would be to have at least 2 fights per chapter instead of only one.

I don't want to see a full fight just yet. I want the good fights to be saved for later when there are better, harder enemies. Although it feels kind of unfair because this is technically Brook's first fight as a SH, and it would be good to see him fight properly. But I want them to smash them, a fourth of a chapter is good enough for me.

Even if we get full on VS chapters, chances are the plot would still get moved along. Except for several Thriller Bark fights most VS chapters have a few pages devoted to what is happening beyond the 1 VS 1.
