Added, though there was a rule against multiple chapters. However, your combined chapters are within character guidelines, so it's not like you've written too much. As long as everyone's cool with it, I'm cool with it, but yeah. I don't think there was ever originally a limit imposed on multiple chapters before, so long as they met the guidelines.

It's fine by me, at least. So long as the two chapters combined are within the guidelines, I see no reason why they shouldn't be accepted as one entity. I think judging them both separately would be a bit pointless, though. They're the first two chapters of the same (outstanding and outright great - wtf, Mr. Impartial judge) storyline, and if memory serves me right, nothing exceptional happens in the first chapter. It would be a pain to give both different score.
Otherwise, I'm fine with everything you people come up with. I've got time.

whistling I was merely teasing you, my friend. Of course I do remember the two shamefully rowdies who got their behinds handed to them by a mysterious new kid on the block, who, as it happens, was sort of lost in the bustling metropolis at the time. How could I forget? I am a fan, after all.
! (What I really meant with "nothing exceptional" is that the first chapter per se was quite an ordinary opening for a story such as Stargazer. All kinds of things happened, to be sure, and it was a riveting read, but it only had all the elements a good opening chapter is supposed to have and nothing more. Something I very much liked about it. It could've been a convoluted mess, and that wouldn't have been so enjoyable.)
! The rest I have to say I shall leave for the official commentary. Not everything should be said as of yet.
If there's any last minute entries better get to submitting them now. Deadline is by the end of today.

We'll just do it in here. Same rules apply for this competition, just it needs to be at least somewhat Christmas/Holiday themed.

Incidentally, I've been feeling somewhat inspired lately so with just enough "push" and "oomph" I think I might put out some edited and new chapters. I really like the idea of a Christmas theme so this might just be what I need to get back into the swing of things. And of course, I enjoy reading people's works styled under the season.~
