It's kinda hard to narrow it down due to there being so many of them and them all really being insights into the creative process.
One I didn't like though, was one with Eric Vale where about 50% of the episode wasn't them talking about One Piece, but instead they veered off into conversation about metal bands and concerts.
One thing I think would be neat but would be impossible to put together, is if they got some One Piece fans together to record on the commentary with Mike and someone else (Maybe Colleen?)
Heck, Mike knows the Podcast Crew, it'd be cool to have a "Staff talks to the Fans about One Piece" commentary.

DRATS! I so want a Tatum one! Ever since we started Skypeia I been hoping to hear Tatum on the DVD! I am praying he will be in the last set.

Hmm….Mike would have to do it and I would love to see those two in a booth together. I would say Colleen since her and his character had to duke it out but she already one one. Maybe Sabat. He seems like a good person that can be with anybody.
EDIT: Stephanie would sound like she would have a good time with Sabat. Then again I am being bias again but she did mention she loves to be in the booth with her since she and Tatum have deep voices and such.

I like the Colleen Clickenbeard ones and Mike ones, though Mike is on mostly all of them…. Still I enjoy those the most!(Another reason why s3 voyages ftw!)

I like how Stephanie Young doesn't look ahead into the anime or manga so she still doesn't know much about Robin's past. I want to hear her commentary after the flashback.

If you listen to her ssn3pt2 commentary, you'll notice that she talks about knowing Robin's past. Sorry to shoot you down on that one. She talks about her mother and whatnot.
I've had most of the One Piece DVDs for a while, but am just now starting to listen to the commentaries. I'm wondering which one to listen to next.
