Like psycho says, the privilege of the preordering is the additional cost. I thought that was how it was all across the nation. You know what else? In MY county, all stores are closed on a Sunday. The Gaming gods are doing as much as they can to prevent from me to preorder a Wii.

The UK retail laws about not working Sundays has been relaxed a whole lot for years now, so most national brand retail shops are open for business on a sunday, although til a slightly earlier closing time than the rest of the week.

Yeah, here in the US a lot of things use to be closed on Sundays but now a lot more is open but every place other than the 24-hour stores close early.

Like how nothing use to be opened on holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, now tons of things are.

They're douchebags? I'm not entirely sure because they didn't tell me why. Although I can expect one around the holiday season. Or if one of the first 12 don't come in by Monday I can take their place in line, though I doubt that'll happen.

as for problem getting one, meh, I can wait, still be nice to get it day 1, but I can wait. Depends on if I'm working that day…hmmm I wonder

Sure there is. Most may be 3rd party releases, but who cares. The Wii-mote makes these games totally different experiences.

I plan on picking up Zelda, Madden and Marvel Ultimate Alliance myself. For Christmas I want DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and Excite Trucks.

TBH, I was sold with Super Smash Bros Brawl. Fighting games on the Wii look like a load of fun.

That's my plan as well, except I'm going to go to Target. They'll have them as well I'd imagine. My town is fairly large, and I have no idea what time I should get there, so I thought nine or so would be good.

The anticipation is killing me; I'm happy that Thanksgiving vacation is a couple of days after it comes out. That means subtracting family time I'll have quite a lot of time to play Twilight Princess.

Chances are that it'll have functionality with the Gamecube controller, so if that's the case, it's more than likely that there won't be motionsensing on SSB:B

Ii played iit today at my local Gamestop. Iit was swiit. Ii made a Mii and played a bit of Exciite Truck (which wasn't all that great).

personally, I wouldn't want brawl to use the wiimote….cause then it'd get too hectec with 3 players swinging around in front of a TV.

First game reviews for Wii are starting to pop out. I'm definatly buying Trauma Center as I don't have it for DS and as a whole "the launch line-up" is starting look surprisingly good! I didn't expect much from Call of Duty 3 but it seems like it will be much better than Red Steel.

I don't think they ever said that the Wii mote wouldn't be usable for SSB:B (which would be ridiculous for the "reaching to other ages" thing for them to buy an older controller. I think they just said that Motion and stuff like that won't be in there. But who knows, the pointing probably wont be in gameplay, but more than likely it'll be used as a character/menu selection
if you use the Wiimote.

Right now, I'm only getting Zelda, but that only has to hold me over until Christmas along with all the ps2 and xbox 360 games I plan to get for my birthday. I'm interested in all the games you mentioned, as well as Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz. I watched the Gamespot crew play it, and the minigames(which there are 50 of them) looks awesome.

From the videos of the Nintendo Wii showing now, motion sensors are now in the nunchuck attachment as well. (shown in the boxing videos)

The question being asked, to my idea, is that Wanderer-Zero wants to know if the controller is different or not.
