@Alina: Your POP list is missing the SW Usopp
The only new POP I'll be getting is the Perona. Unless more Limited Editions show up.
I'm not going for shanks even though he looks pretty good, he doesn't fit into the SW storyline so he'll stand out in a bad way… Law looks somewhat odd, so I haven't made a decision on him yet...
But as for Marco, Vista and Perona, they are must gets for me. Absolutely. I especially love Marco, not that I'm a hardcore fan of him or whatever, but his POP is really awesome... so does Vista's, although not really the hairy man-chest part, I'm no gay...

I'm a collector, it makes me feel accomplished when I know I have the full line. If I decide not to buy a single figure just because I don't like the character, all previous efforts to make it complete would be wasted.

I like PVC figures, even though they have sculp problems, POP figures are still the best line of OP, their size and quality is amazing for me.

I had a look at a catalog that's available for wholesale traders for next year's releases after the new GLM and DX figures. Guess what? No more game center prizes sold to shops except Panson soft vinyl figures and plush. Eeeek!
Uh-oh. That doesn't sound good. If that turns out to be the case, then it's possible that production for game prize figures will go down in quantity, figures will be harder to get, and prices will probably go up on the secondary market. Gah! :sad:

Just got up and saw the new POP's. Marco looking stunning. Vista is a shocker but a nice addition to have for the Whitebeard Pirates. Strong World Shanks…looks nice but I just hate repeats. Could've been a whole new character. Law looks great. I don't know how people are saying the Banpresto one looks better. That one looks kinda like ass compared to the POP. And Perona? Really? What a waste. We don't have a Moria, but we get Perona? That could've easily been Akainu, Jozu (which probably would've make more sense, since we got two WB Pirates), Kizaru, Kidd, etc.
Definitely getting Marco, Law, and Vista.

All those characters have more importance then Perona. Maybe not Vista but the others easily. I honestly don't see why people love her so much.
ok, just caught up. I've had time to get over it all (since last night), whatever. New POPs, fine. Much more excited about Perona, probably because I did want a POP of her, and she looks pretty close to perfect. Shanks seems to be getting more handsome, sculpt is nice. Vista… fine. Make him while they can and he's still relevant, will go well with all the WB POPs. Marco looks nice. Law... eesh. I guess he's the one I can't get behind because I feel he just looks awful. I feel like megahouse has a limited amount of time to release certain characters, and others (like buggy, admirals, shichibukai) won't have a time limit. I feel similar to Vista as I do for Lucci: If they made a Vista later it wouldn't make much sense, same as if they made a Lucci now.
I'm in a similar boat with alina, I just seem to get POPs because I get them. I'm trying to stop the habit, I skipped some of the fanservice-y namis, some extra choppers (really? all the same size? make a bigger chopper for crying out loud!), and am debating skipping jinbei and BB. Skipping some should be a no-brainer for me but it's so hard. When POPs came out it's all there was for quality OP figures! Now I feel I just need to keep getting them. @_@
to kishinfoulux: I love perona because her hollows always made me laugh. A lot. I always have a deep love for things that make me laugh. My IK horo sanji is next to my computer and holding up important info, and if I feel sad I just pick him up and look at his face. Priceless.
Maybe you don't see it but still, some of us are happy to get a Perona. I'm sorry about the rest of you though, but she was really the only I wanted.
Plus it is nice to have a female character from time to time. They are a bit rare.
And I don't see a lot of other new female chars that would 'deserve' a POP… But maybe I'm wrong.

She then had a coverstory with him.
She then ended up helping him get back to Saboady
She then helped fight marines.
Marco was Kizaru's punching bag. Had a cool DF power but that's it.
Vista fought Mihawk and helped out in the war. I don't recall him doing anything else important.
SW Shanks isn't even filler or canon. Just a picture. It's the same as the Nami or Hancock swimsuit ones
Law saved Luffy's life. Aside from that he did such important things like flip Kid off and fight some fodder marines. Oh and lay back on Bepo.

Her boobs are only tad bigger than they should be. The reason they look bigger is because they raised her neckline and made the bow smaller in order expose more of her boobs. There is less cloth covering her boobs on the POP.
Also, personally- I miss the Oda unrealistic thing waistline and long neck.:sad: She looks like Perona, but not Oda's Persona.

You say saving Zoro is a high point but Law saving Luffy isn't? Law is obviously gonna have a bigger role down the line.

Perona's role should've ended at Thriller Bark. Unless Oda has some masterful plan I just don't see a use for her or why has still used her to this point.

It's nice for shanks fans that he gets another POP which, yes, does look awesome so far. try to be happy for other people who get POPs of characters they like. it's not like megahouse is going to stop producing POPs.

Think of it this way.
Now that they are making surprising chars and filler stuff like Vista and SW Shanks means there is much more chance for the likes of Hina, Roger, Mr. 3 etc
