Usually I don't post but I've been around the boards reading and being absolutely fanatic about One Piece. Just to cut straight to the chase: in the spirit of nakama let's power up for he next two years a la Strawhats. If you're already on the road to a power up (basically being ridiculously healthy and fit) then support the endeavour with tips and suggestions!
