Whereas Nami just alternates from fanservice to hitting her own crewmates. The Kalifa battle was one of the worst of the series. And then follow that up with the damsel in distress shower scene/bride of Absalom thing? And now she's right back to stealing from people who apparently took care of her, showed her weather innovations, and fed her for weeks?

I was seriously emotionally affectted when she is shown crying first time. But slight doubt that she look so pretty while crying, which isn’t Oda’s usual. Then she turning out to be tricking them almost caught me off guard. That is Nami. She always try to appear to be a tough, immoral bitch, and hide her soft heart. “You are still fake crying?!!!”. That was really a nice touch. Not something so special, but still touched me greatly. She could have kindly asked them for help, but she chose to steal. Chose to look bad. I always looked at Nami's current greed as a sort of side effect or "release" after years of oppression under Arlong and hoarding money that would never be "hers" to spend, yet was something she risked her life for. After all those years and finally she has a clean slate? Money is now something she can do what she wants with?

The biggest problem I have with Nami is that she turned from "manipulative bitch with a good reason to be one" into "manipulative bitch".
I'm not saying she doesn't have good qualities too, but this trait of hers is pretty annoying.

She definitely has her place, and keeps the others in check. But the way she goes about it and acts most of the time to do so…meh.
The same way Sanji's constant "women are delicate flowers to be protected even at extreme lengths" routine wears thin after a while.
Mostly its the same problems I have with Fujiko from Lupin III. Its a fun enough personality quirk, and its the give and take of their relationship, but when its so consistent, time after time, combined with the endless flirting and abuse of sex appeal, on every occassion, it stops being playful, a joke or a running gag and just becomes... being a bitch.
Its fine that she balances the bank book. But there's a large difference between not letting Luffy blow the entire savings on a souvenirs, trinkets ,or a single meal... and not letting Zoro go get new swords. (or to then try and take massive advantage of him with insane interest)

Nope, not really. And she has her good moments and things that balance her out, as befits a main character of the series, and she's proved herself many times.
The Zoro example is just the most prominent example in the story of someone asking for, what to them, is a necessity, and her denying them/trying to take advantage of them. Generally, the crew doesn't ask her for stuff… because obviously they'll be told no or taken advantage of with extreme interest, despite all the life saving and whatnot.

Nami doesn't earn the money? As far as I recall Nami has fought in every Arc she's been in. She's done more than what she can despite her specialty (Navigating) having nothing to do with fighting. They all do what they can and Nami is no exception in the crew.
Edit: 'Nami has fought in every Arc she's been in from Alabasta and onwards'. Can hardly blame her for not fighting when she was deadly sick in Drum Island.

If you remember correctly Zoro actually never used the money she gave him to buy swords, but she still extorted him. Also, initially she made him protect Vivi just because she heard she was a princess, and thus she must have been rich. She did it for purely selfish reasons.

I was talking about before Arabasta when she hardly did any fighting. Even in Thriller Bark, when the whole crew was fighting Oz her first priority was to get the cash.

She like money for the sake of it with the Beli Beli eyes, but its clearly not about hoarding it for herself. She says so herself when they were going to spend all 300m upgrading Merry, and again when buying Camie, etc.
She most probably spends the least of anyone on the crew, even discounting shenanigans like all expense paid parties for the entire water 7.
Many people dislike her for being the party pooper, but that's just playing the part of the comic foil. It's for Oda to make the shenanigans look even more ridiculous but her role is under-appreciated.
For the Java Island thing, she asks Luffy and Zoro to not fight until she can get info about sky island. It's not some commandment in stone and Luffy and Zoro knows that. In fact they were about to start fighting when she quickly asked the bartender about the sky island. It's only after everyone started to laugh at that did they realize Bellamy is a nobody and it's not even worth breaking that tiny promise to fight them. Beating them isn't going to show that they are right about "pirate's dream"
