If I could, I'd probably get one of Arlong's emblem. It looks awesome.

me too I was thinking of that b4 i even clicked on the thread. Arlong right on my arm just like Nami B)
-
I think this should be in the General Discussion thread.
-
Maybe, but oh well, it's here now!
I would probably get one of the three katanas crossed over each other.
(I'm a HUGE Zoro fan!) -
I know this is off topic, but…..Cosmic is a.....woman?! Everything I know is a lie! When you told me that you were thinking of cosplaying as Usopp, I thought you were a guy!
-
I am going to get a tatoo of Angel wings on my back. :D and or if I can the Seal that Naruto has on his stomach.
-
I'd like a tatoo of Luffy's face on my arm, but I don't think people are that talented at drawing that…But if I had to choose another, I'd get a skull.
-
Arlong's emblem all the way bizzatch! I'd either have it on my shoulder, forearm or just bellow my collar-bone. Seriously, if I'm still into One Piece by the time I'm old enough to get one, I'd get that, because even if I go off OP, the tattoo itself still looks awesome, and, as an avid Arlong fan, it's a must.
I'd also get kanji in a vertical line on my forearms, meaning something important to me, but simplistic, nothing but black kanji. Yup.
Heh, I was actually thinking about this, and Arlong tattoos before the topic came up. Yaay?
–Saito
-
Now I can clearly see why you're arlong's #1 fan, Saito Ayame
-
I would get the kanji for evil/bad "Warui" enlarged and centered on my back. I think it looks cool on Sanousuke's back in Rurouni Kenshin and I also think it would look cool on mine too.
-
I'm generally not a fan of tatoos, but if I were to get one, it'd probably definitely be (lol) wings on my back like Hyde from L'arc~en~ciel has. :P
Here's a pic of his: Hyde
-
Yum…Apple Jacks...Huh? Whoa, Sweet tattoo
-
An Autobot and a Decepticon symbol. Maybe a Konoha leaf, or Arlong's symbol, and definately a Straw Hat Skull and cross bones.
-
Yeah, I'd get either Nami's pinwheel or Arlong's mark. We're all such huge dorks. XD
-
continuing the dorkery..
besides the ones i already have, i'd really want the word 'kaizoku' in kanji written on my right wrist.
just need to find it first. i have some picture where it reads 'mugiwara kaizoku-dan'.
all left to do is to figure out which one is the kaizoku. -
I want an X on my forearm….. ;p
-
Yeah, it's almost sad isn't it? Well, that won't steer me! I'll get an Arlong tattoo yet! Those wings look awesome though… The type of things that give you an excuse to walk around topless.
Maybe I'll airbrush the Arlong tattoo sometime to see how it looks... (<-- Dork)

-
I probably have tatoos of my obsessions and my drawings. Right now I can't think of what exactly I'd have a tattoo of…

**i have actually done that. it was for a project i did for school, i swear! (like that would make me look any less dorky)
i probably still have the image somewhere. -
AWESOME is how the Arlong tattoo looks. XD And it turned out that was a permanent marker so it stayed on for a few days. That was cool. X_x.;
-
AWESOME
My gawd, how'd you manage that? stencils? Airbrushing? Drew it on? God, I'm so getting one… Damn me and my youth! Make me seventeen! Hn... I'd either do Nami style, on my shoulder, or Arlong style on my forearm (<-- Decided) so, whether it is more elaborate (Arlong style) and also whether Black, dark blue or red, I have to make up my mind...
Seriously, if my love for One Piece stays strong over the next to years, I'll get it done. That, I promise you.

Yeah, I just drew it on. It was really awkward 'cause it's upside down and everything when you're looking down at your arm. O_o.;; And it's hard to get proportions right. I was amazed at how well it turned out.
-
I know this is off topic, but…..Cosmic is a.....woman?! Everything I know is a lie! When you told me that you were thinking of cosplaying as Usopp, I thought you were a guy!
Everything? I promise you the world is still flat. And the US is part of Canada. Haha. Girls cosplay as male characters all the time. :P I mentioned I was female in the TT forum before.
-
I'd like to get the same tatoos that by dad has (which are very cool)… well that or Ace's tatoo from the manga.
-

-
If I had to get a tatoo I would get one of a dragon coiling up my arm.
-
mine too kind of (hiei)
instead of a dragon it would be japanese and arabic charecters (letters) -
As for me… On my right hand, I'd either get the Rune of Punishment, The True Wind Rune, or the Soul Eater from Suikodens IV, III, and I, respectively. ^_^;;

who said people ain't that talent to draw that, they could of course ..i guess you never went to make tattoo before ..those tattoo guy,are very good in drawing that too ,you should go make 1 tattoo,or making tattoo places …those tattoo pic are amazing ,their tattoo pic is more even harder than LUFFY FACES!!!.... well ,mine is like this ...
Thai curses tattoo ,i've posted it before ..
I Think Tattoo,is only what you like,no need putting anime ,putting anime stuff ,i think is not good ,put something relate to real life ,so it would be better ,later you will feel bored about your anime tattoo, after you grew up on later …but if you made something you really like ,like tiger, angels, devils, cheetah ,sword, dragon ,those are something worth to make(for me) ..and erasing a tattoo is difficult ,imagen if you cut off your skin ..and get a new ugly skin ... so..think before make tattoo,it isn't a joke

Well, see, none of the things you mentioned mean a thing to me, whereas Nami's pinwheel has a message that means a lot – remembering the people who loved you and helped you grow into the person you are. I think it has a great meaning behind it, which is why I'd want to get it. It would be a reminder of my mom and my favorite teachers and everyone who was important to me growing up. I think that's a lot better than just getting a star or a cherry like everyone at school does. x_x.
-
but it was only anime = ='' ..try something that are inside real life, think what's relate to that pic ..in real life .. but if you like anime tattoo,it's all your choice .. lol ,i didn't tell you 100% not to make anime tattoo ,it's just my suggestions ,lol ..but just telling you that ,if you have a heart to make tattoo, don't think it's a joke,it follow you forevers ..
-
But by that, what Fin Fish (and I) shall try to get across to you is although the tattoo is itself from an anime, it doesn't mean it dosn't have other meanings to you yourself. For example, if you went to a tattoo parlour and saw a nifty looking dragon, and got it… Well what the heck's the meaning behind that? I mean, yeah, it looks cool, but that doesn't mean it is related to your life somehow. Now if you were influenced by an anime in seeing a beautiful tattoo design, that for some reason, you can relate to and you could give meeaning to, well, why not?
Luffy's symbol is very anime-like, so I could see why that itself may not be suitible, but Nami's pinwheel and Arlong's sawfish, well why not? Even if you went off 'One Piece' it doesn't mean that the symbol would be a chore for you. If you felt that the symbol was not only 'cool' but it in fact meant something to you, then surely getting that would be more ideal then getting some pug faced gremlin-dragon because that's what's hot at the moment.
I ain't dumb, I'd only get a Tattoo if I was certain that it was something I'd be willing to look at everytime I rolled up my sleeve, your tattoo would become part of you so therefor it must be something you want.
If I got the traditional chinese dragon tattoo, sure it'd look cool, but it wouldn't really mean anything to me. If I got the Arlong sawfish, for me, it would signify a chapter in my life where bad shit happened, something to show the stage when I was a Britain, and something to remember my friends and intrests. Something to symbolise the time of when I transformed from teen to adult. That one symbol describes my situation at this time for me much better then a heart or a sword would. Yes that's my opinion, but I wouldn't get a tattoo due to just fandom. Please don't insult my intelligence.
Hm.. Well, that's my opinion, but in general, I know what you mean. Just don't hink I'm a pig-headed fangirl who'd get something random because she was 'into' it.
Meh. Hope I didn't come out too harsh there, just trying to speak my mind!

you really think people can't make a Luffy face into tattoo? i can say that ,you're wrong …
-
Slaps her palm into her face No, what I'm saying is that Luffy's face, unlike Nami's pinwheel and Arlong's sawfish, IS very anime based and would have less chance of having other meanings to the person who got it. Luffy's face screams "I love One Piece" The other two are more suseptable and subtle.
In my opinion. I'm sure Luffy's face and/or The strawhat jolly roger would make a brilliant tattoo, they're bright, simple and they show the OP love of the wearer, but the other two semm to be to me, more personal, and if you were to ask "Why Luffy?" It'd probably be "cause I just LURVE One Piece" But with the other two, you can imagine they'd go into it more.
I dunno, to some people, Luffy's insignia woud mean something very important to them, same as Nami's pinwheel to Fin Fish and Arlong's sawfish to me.
Do you get my meaning, or am I going round in circles?

actually..i don't really understand … what you were trying to explain ...= =''...
you guys like anime tattoo ... it's all your choice ,but if you think it means something to you, just go and make it ,no need to think .. but tattoo doesn't means much for me ..the ghost inside me means alot things to me ...look at my tattoo, what's different with other people ...you think what kind of spells is it..?its all words in thai ..and the gods ..
-
if i ever got a tattoo i wouldn't have a symbol , but Majek written in hieroglyphs :)
-
some people think making tattoo is for fun, but for some people, they take it serious .. because there is a ghost with you ..i've given my whole life to it .. i had many things that i can't do … if i say it all out,you also don't even want to make Curses tattoo .. but it helps you, while you had fights outsides ..luck ,body protection ..i better don't say out too much
-
It doesn't matter, I think you mostly get it anyway… Sorry, I'm an annoying arse sometimes, I'm no good when it comes to speaking my mind, 'cause it comes out wrong. Oh well...
Well, I would go get it done, but I'll have to wait for at least two years, so I guess I've got time to be certain on what I want to have done.
And obviously what you have had done means SOMETHING to you, and by the sounds of things, it's because of a grand part of your life, and an assistance to your fighting.... And it looks pretty damn good at that. For me, when I get my tattoos, it'll be down to displaying what is important to me within, on the outside.

I honestly don't think I'll ever get one either, but if I did, it would be of something damn important to me. Saito's got the idea. o_o.

I'm getting a tattoo tommorow, i'll see if i can get a pic an' put it up XP
-
When people talk about serious tatoos, I automatically think about those tribes that have tatoos for a tradition or so…
Some of them look a bit painful too, sometimes they take more than a few days to make the tatoo.
-
i want to get some egyptian heiroglyphs tattooed on me
-
Oi! My tat is incredibly sick.
-
Alright, behold! My hyper dingo Tattoo!
Tattoo -
Aw, I love that, Dingo. XD
-
Took me a while to draw the design juuuust right. ^_^
-
I'd either get the kanji for Nakama or the kanji for Straw hat on my arm or back. ^-^
