I'd rather not have Kishimoto revived… it's better she's dead. She is still technically alive in a sense. It's just not the Kishimoto that Kato knew. I think he even realizes that it's better this way. It would be selfish of Kato to return her simply cause she loved him... and a waste if you ask me.

as far as I remember, Kishimoto was copied before she died, but the real version of her stayed alive (with a wrist slicing suicide I could see that happening, unlike say, if a train hit you head on). The simple explanation for this was that "gantz sometimes makes mistakes"
there were just two Kishimoto's running around for a while… fucked up for the Gantz version if you ask me. I remember after the third game when a depressed Kurono tried talking to the real version and completely blew it and creeped her out!

- Going back to the old area restriction rule.
- The inclusion of those ghetto african american in the dinosaur alien hunt (due to sheer randomness).
- Repeated inclusion of animals & children who can't play the game.

No child or animal was killed by the Vampires not yet anyway, also the only death of a child we (actually)see was the pissy boy in the Tanaka aliens arc.

From what I remember the dogs death was never shown but just disappeared from the story, but I think i've read somewhere that the dogs death was shown in the anime.
I find it funny that the last boss doesnt die yet, seems too challenging and I wouldn't doubt that the Gantz wants to mindfuck people by just letting them earn small points for it. I do wonder, if the monster dies, does the points be given to just one individual for giving the final blow or does it require to be dead simultaneously for other to earn its points? I don't think it happened in the manga so I can't be sure of it.

Gantz does that every now & again with the hunters like that one female hunter who was raped by some other hunters prior to entering Gantz's room in car accident that killed them all.

Well technically Kurono doesn't count as he wasn't a member when he died so that would only leave Izumi as the only hunter to have ever been killed outside of a game.
