With the same logic we could say that Blackbeard could be wrong about his fruit being Logia. Even Rayleigh could be wrong too about haki. So do you think they could be wrong?

Nami and Luffy didn't know anything about Franky and his ability. But Blackbeard is well-versed in his DF, so does Rayleigh with haki. And I think Marine should be well aware of the ability of the Supernova rookie with the highest bounty, so when they say Kidd is an ability user, it pretty much confirmed it.

I agree that things are only fact if Oda says so, but I believe he likes to tell us through the people in the story. So unless Oda says otherwise (whether personally or shown later in the story), it's safe to assume that what people say in the story is the fact.

Oda usually likes to inform the reader through comments from background characters. We rarely get false info from those sources.

Bonney can change the age of people, Capone's innards look like a fortress and he has small men running inside him and Apoo can turn parts of his body into instruments and attack with sound effects.

It's a manga with devil fruits as its center of the story as ability source, with other things like haki, techniques, and technology. Since I don't think their abilities are haki, technique, or technology-based, so unless you have suggestions to explain their abilities, the DF it is.

Wizards from void century are never mentioned, and robots from some moon haven't been shown to be strong. So your argument is far-fetched. They are DF users until stated otherwise. A confirmation is needed to prove that they are NOT DF users, but it's not likely that there will be any, and without the confirmation, they are DF users.

On the other hand, Buggy is a Shichibukai is like Sabo is alive. We may be sure about it, but Oda could just trick us with the clues. A confirmation is needed to prove that it's true, but could also prove that it's not true, although it is likely to be true because the clues are quite sound.

Because there's visual proof that they are DF users. While there's visual proof that Buggy was offered a position, there's no visual or written proof that he accepted it.

I know it's possible that he refused it, etc. but that would be a cheap trick, and I doubt we are going to see such a cheap trick in One Piece.

That's not the same jabra, that opened the conflict between aokiji and akainu, which ended with aokiji leaving the marines, it wasn't pointless. Buggy receiving the letter and refusing to accept it it's completely pointless, nothing would've changed if he hasn't received it.

Sadly I can't look into the future, but what exactly tells us that Buggy refusing the offer won't lead to another meaningful incident?
Being forced to work for the evil government or sailing the seas as a free pirate is a difference that might affect the SH's. We simply don't know which route he will go. But calling people idiots because they consider both options is typical for Arlong Park, I guess.

And even if nothing important comes out of refusing the offer, maybe it will lead to a simple comedy relief situation. That's what his character is all about anyway.

The Supernova Captains were confirmed to be DF users through the most recent databook, so that piece of info is official.

Buggy accepting the Shichibukai position wasn't confirmed anywhere despite the obvious implications, so you can't say it's official info, just likely.

Kidd is almost certain a paramecia. One fundamental aspect of logia is fluidness, that is, being not solid and form manipulation. So far we haven't seen Kidd changes his shape at all.

I think Kid and the other Captains (besides Drake) were already confirmed to be Paramecia Devil Fruit users in the Deep Blue databook.

The databooks might have some mistakes here and there, but they're normally fixed by other official sources like the manga itself.

In short, Buggy being a Shichibukai is a very likely possibility, but not a fact until stated otherwise by an official source.

They were confirmed to be Paramecia in Deep Blue. That's one official source backing the info up against… nothing but your statements. Having no official evidence to the contrary, we can go with it as a fact.

That's official source versus official source, but because Oda is the ultimate official source, Sabo being alive is very close to being a fact, but there's still the need of confirmation.

I don't see what the problem is Buggy got a government bat, so like Jinbe who got the same bat way back when, was like Jinbe invited to become a warlord. Buggy is the Mr.Satan (Hercule) of One piece, which means he is a boastful jerk and by normal human standards he might as well be a god but to the main characters and villains of this series he's just a small fish that particularly hard to kill. Like Hercule he gets credit for really just being in a climatic event and surviving rather than doing anything really amazing. Unlike Hercule however he gets noticed by associating or being associated with people that are of significant importance to the One Piece world like Shanks, Roger, Luffy, Crocodile,and Edward (I think). So seeing as how he is considered more dangerous than lets say Mr.3 just by the people he knows the bat was undoubtedly meant for him and wanting to come up to in world he took the invitation.

Side note: Buggy's new crew is pretty hard to deal with due to the abilities on that crew; I understand that Haki exists so devil fruit defenses are mute unless the user has haki, but Alvida's fruit is very powerful, think about the only non-haki infused attacks that can hurt her are elemental attacks. That's pretty damn near invincible, Buggy is immune to stabbing, cutting, or crew with sharp teeth(anime only but plausible) and he can "fly" under limitations, and Mr.3 is a rare parameica that can secrete steel hard wax that can be used as battle armor and is tough enough to survive seemly anything that's not heat related.

Nay, it's highly unlikely in my opinion. They are just some of the thousands of Captains (or Vice-Captains). I think they're just battle-hardened soldiers, that's all.

Okay, I fixed it, but it still needs some deduction ability. What the heck, I'll say it anyway: I'd make a list for paramecia DFs with two parts, one part for the confirmed ones and the other for the unconfirmed ones. The DFs written in the unconfirmed DFs part would have "(unconfirmed)" as additional information. For example:

1. A A no mi
2. B B no mi
3. C C no mi

4. D D no mi (unconfirmed)
5. E E no mi (unconfirmed)
6. F F no mi (unconfirmed)

1-3 -> the confirmed part
4-6 -> the unconfirmed part

Of course, you could change the order (mixing them, without parts) if you wrote it like that, but I'd like them separated. So it's like two lists instead of one. I hope I write this clear enough for you this time.
