There are some others I've seen that were absolutely hilarious, including an insane "Learn to speak English" advert from Sweden and a risque Men's Pocky advert from Japan, but I can't seem to find them anywhere. Alas.

I remember this ad that encourages regular visits to the optometrist. Anyway, there's a woman who sees a can and thinks it contains pate. She eats it with great pleasure and after picking out the last traces of pate, the camera then reveals that the can's label says it contains cat food.
