I'm not sure what it is Kokoro's saying, but she's definitly mentnining an Umi Ressha (sea train). Also, the spoilers said Kokoro ahd another train for their use, sot aht's probably what it is. -
Chapter was so-so, on par or a tad below the last chapter. Things are moving fairly slowly, not much to take away really. The spoiler summary was dead on, like always.
Color spread was ok, I liked the shadowy mock-up of Eneas Lobby, but besides that I was dissapointed with this weeks chapter. Scan quality was pretty ordinary too. :mellow:

I should mention, Pauly says only one Sea Train exists earlier in the chapter. And it took all that work to build. How the hell is there another? Prototype??
The reason for the rush is, after Nami explains about how the trial process works, with someone holding a bounty like Robin, there's basically no way she has until morning. Meanwhile Pauly and the rest of the funadaiku are to the point of beating them into submission because:
A. It's suicide to go out in the storm
B. Taking on the government is dumb as hellTo which Luffy responds, he'll just steal a ship. That sets everyone off. But then Kokoro says her line….

So… what is Eneas Lobby exactly? is it like a stopping point to process criminals, then they can either move on to the Marine HQ or to this other prison?

Well it's home to many famous judges apparently. It has been mentioned that it is a HQ of sorts for trials before, but as far as what lay ahead for the judged, that was never made clear. Inpel Down (sp) is also home to executions to be carried out. Plus it's also located deep undersea (DAMN). Doesn't seem like a happy place. Hope that's not where Tom is/was.

Alright, finally! :D I really liked this chapter, IMO it was more substantial than the last…and Eneas Lobby sounds killer...I'm looking forward to what happens next.

I was wondering why Inpel Down (sp) would be under the ocean, apart from looking really badass. But it actually makes a lot of sense, they could have some really powerful prisons with the Devil Fruit abilities held in cells at the bottom of the facility.
So they could perhaps flood certain floors, if any escapes were attempted.

On the other hand, we have the Marine Headquarters.

Wonder if Arlong and his crew are there as well… the distraction the Straw Hats would provide by passing through after their fight with CP9 would create a nice diversion for a prison break by the "We Hate Luffy Society".
Just imagine a pirate crew made up of the Baroque Works and Fishman Pirate Crew with Crocodile as it's captain.

I really loved the chapter (like always). Especially when chopper hanged onto zoro's face (like a stuffed toy so it looked very cute) and nami pulling luffy's face.
I'm wondering what wouldn've happened if luffy and pauley fought.
