There's a large chance Chopper wont be back in stock. Order stop means they've gotten as many orders for as many of the item they actually got. While there's a chance they'll get more (like Vivi still is, Nami, and Luffy) there's a bigger chance they wont.
But seeing how it's Chopper who is not as wanted (just like Vivi) I can see him getting more in stock.

On the 20th I sent an email about my payment not gonna be able to get in till late, the guy said okay but to tell him if I get a final warning. Well, I got one but he doesn't know and can't do anything about it cause he's off. So here my payment is on the way there and there's a chance my Franky (right along with my entire order!) will be canceled.
I tell you, they better not screw me over. Because they will have money from me, shit will hit the fan.

Well, I hope it isn't a trend since they decided not to carry Chopper, but CD Japan may be an option. It's typically where I buy mine.
Play Asia is reliable, been using them for years. Bought my Luffy P.O.P from them and got it no problem. They are slightly more expensive though.

The price I had to pay for shipping was unusually large for Franky (though I didn't purchase Franky through HLJ). Franky's box is deeper and wider than the other POPs so they had to adjust the shipping price accordingly. I have a feeling - just looking at Bon Kurei - that his box will be similar to that of Franky's.

Where have you been? They are re-releasing the old POPs with a bit of updating. Luffy, Nami, Ace, Zoro, and Vivi were all the old POPs just updated and improved upon. The old Robin, Sanji, and Usopp POPs will definitely get re-released very soon.
Here I plan on getting the entire crew but I skipped out on Luffy…
