sigh
Okay, I'm sold on Ledger as Joker. No more complaining from me.

I like how we get a sneak one second at Two Face. Holding a gun in a car, with the scarred side away from camera. Freaking sweet.
-
ah, i didn't see that.
charicter seems good, but i still hate how they did the make up. (joker)
-
I will literally spit out my popcorn if Heath Leager Joker says, "Did you ever Dance With the Devil in the Pale Moonlight?"
seriously
The entire theater would scream if that happened.
Out of Pure Terror
-
Well, I didn't think I would, but I'm anticipating this movie now. I've always been a fan of the Joker since childhood, even if my one and only exposure to him was Batman: TAS.

Fuck yeah! That would own beyond belief, but I don't know if they'll do that.
-
If they had to repeat a line from the original Tim Burton Batman movie for the Joker, it would have to be Joker's line abotu Batman's "toys".
-

Which a healthy chunk of Bat-fans consider to be the best Joker depiction of them all (that may change come July). Bless those writers and Mark Hamill, they hit GOLD.
And that teaser of Two Face is killing me. Judging by how they're giving the new movie a somewhat 'realistic' style, Harvey's scars could look pretty sick (not like that silly purple mess from Batman Forever. Oi vey). Cannot WAIT.

Ever watched the Batman Beyond movie? That one has one of the most screwed up Joker-related stories ever.

! Younger Robin (not Dick) turning into a psychopathic, brainwashed clown child?
Harlequinn falling to her supposed death, only to find her alive in the future as an old woman?
The Joker being killed by the brainwashed Robin who is laughing like a maniac until he bursts into tears?
The Joker living on within young Robin?
! Yeah. That was messed up. -
Don't forget the Joker stabbing Batman.
-
Works for me…. -
o_o
He looks like that half metal guy from Batman Beyond…
And the old old version of Two Face, of course!! O_O
wwwow..
-
Concept art, I believe.
-
He should get that looked at.
(And yes, I did see that Batman Beyond movie as a kid. Hell was that?)
-
Is he two face? If it is, i don't like it.
-
Yes, Two Face. Harvey Dent.
-
It's a shame that Two Face never actually gained any superpowers from the incident..
so sad
-
I don't like it either and I also think it's a concept art. But let's wait how it looks in the completed movie.
@Lobster:

Are you serious?

You guys don't like it? I think it actually looks somewhat accurate, in comparison to the Batman Forever version.

Well if I got that messed up, it would atleast be nice if I gained some power from it. All he did was go crazy and turn to a life of crime afterwards.
He was still a cool character and all, but I'm sure that even you would feel jipped, if in his shoes.
-
@Lobster:

It's mediocre, I think … somehow reminds me of the great comic "Face the Face" (I refuse to write the title half backwards as if recommended by the writer), but then again I find myself to be more a fan of the Two-Face from the animated series from '92.
But as I said, let's see him in a black/white suit in the movie, flipping a coin. It could work.@Lobster:

Such as? I always liked the Batman villains because they were just crazy or deformed (or crazy AND deformed) characters that worked without super powers, such as Batman does.

Yea, Two Face was a good "mafia" type character. Did he always flip a coin like in Batman Forever though?
Anyway, you all are probably going to hate me for saying this..
But my absolute favorite Batman characters have always been Poison Ivy.. and Clayface -
@Lobster:

…..........................................That is the most stupid shit I've ever heard this whole week.
-
:p I don't mean story wise.. It's just that if I were in the Batman world and something like that happened to me…
I'd be pissed if I just got a scar without gaining any mad skillz for my pain and disfiguration.
-
Well, i looked for it and it's not a concept art. This is the action figure and looks the same.
!
also, this is SO cool
-
@Lobster:

How cares. Screw that stupid movie.
(And yes, he flipped coins several times, but he always flipped them so often until they landed on the side which he more prefered.)@Lobster:
Anyway, you all are probably going to hate me for saying this..
But my absolute favorite Batman characters have always been Poison Ivy.. and ClayfaceHell no, Clayface is the big exception, he rocks. And Poison Ivy somehow also has a right to exist. Maybe because she has sex with plants and is hot, who knows. There are some stupid sci-fi villains in Batman with super powers that are somehow classical, such as Mr. Freeze, or Ivy and Clayface, as you said (although the first Clayface was just a fallen movie star and a masked murderer, which was also very good, I think).
-
That pic of Two-Face will keep me up tonight.

The disfiguration awoken his 'dark side'

Pretty much all of that "Dark Gangster Gotham Feel" fell apart once they merged the DC worlds of Superman and Batman.

Thanks, I always thought I'm the only person on the whole world who thinks Batman and Superman don't match. Batman just doesn't go with this Justice League future crap.
-
@AWB:

Why? It's not really all that terrorifying. Tho I do wonder how the kiddies who will be flocking to this movie are gonna take to it.
-
eaww. is that really an actual picture. It looks like some half dead corpse from resident evil or something. (not convinced of the realism with a zombie like face)
-
That picture is pretty much what I was expecting/hoping for regarding Two Face, so I give it a total thumbs up.
As for the way younger audiences will react, I don't think it'd bug them too badly (unless they're 7 or something, and in that case really shouldn't be watching anyways. XD;;) Kids are remarkably capable of dealing with gore these days.
Kinda Off-topic: I always thought Batman Beyond didn't get it's due credit. It was a good cartoon, dammit.
-
Now, they said Scarecrow was gonna be in this a little bit right? He's always been my favorite Batman character, ever since I was a little girl watching the animated series.
-

Batman Beyond Live Action would be Beyond Awesome.

It was okay but not nowhere as good as TAS hell not even better than Static Shock.
-
@Sandai:
What?
…........ >_>
How are you confused?

Static Shock sucked until the second season (with the new intro)
Seriously. It started out horribly, then turned wonderful.
But how could you not like Batman Beyond though? It was probably the darkest Batman show there was.

Maybe for you but I thought the show was consistently good when it wasn't using cheesy ass plots Rubberman's Dyslexia for example.
-

Are you kidding?
Static Shock not using Cheesy Plots? Did you skip the 1st season?
When they had to do things like "Defeating A Giant Inflatable Sumo Wrestler" from a car dealership?
-

Okay that I do not remember.

Return of the Joker is one of the best Batman animated products out there, espicially the uncut version (on DVD only) in which The Joker's final crime is most tragic.
-
Now, they said Scarecrow was gonna be in this a little bit right?
Yes, he is in the movie.
And we can see him in the last trailer, when Batman falls on a car, Scarecrow is the driver. But yeah, it's difficult to see it, go to SuperHeroHype boards, you will find some pictures. -
@Deu$:

o_o
Wow.. Looks like some staw'z gonna hit the fan
-
@Sandai:
What?
Batman and Superman don't match. Batman was never designed to deal with aliens and divine beings, and I think it doesn't match to the character. So what? I started to like Batman because he dealt with gangsters and madmans which came not from Maklu IV and had no super powers at all.
Although I can't deny "For the Man Who Has Everything" and "Hazard's Choice" were always some of my favorite Superman stores and Batman worked in this stories.

Could you please say that in an other way, I'm just a little French guy, who doesn't understand everything…:sad:"And here we…go!!"
Two Scarecrow pictures:
!

Is that his Horror-mobile or something?
-
I dislike that scarecrow design a lot they should've gone with his new Batman adventures look

@Batman and Superman discussion. The thing that makes it work is the fact that Lois Lane sometimes gets woed by Bruce Wayne.
@Scarecrow discussion. Thank God. I hated what they did with him in the last movie.
Scarecrow: I randomly have a horse! Time to kill a little boy and Tom Cruise's wife! MWHAHAHA!
Katie Holmes: Falcon Punch! uses tazer
Scarecrow: That's wasn't a falcon punch at all! bursts into flames ZOMG! -

True but he still manages to hold his own against stronger & tougher enemies just like Spider-Man.
