But the people on board do. And ships have endurance. And long-range capabilities. That shows how much damage Mihawk can inflict, and his speed in dodging those attacks.
So they have long range ablities, big deal. Just once is needed for any powerful swordsmans to tackle a ship, maybe they have endurance and such, but can ships fire at every nook and crook.
**And again I say, it is not like these ships were empty husk, there were a large amount of pirates on each of these ships that had the options of attacking Mihawk with cannon balls, guns, swords, etc.
I also would like to add that a theory given by Don Krieg who doesn't know anything about true strength or even how the Grand Line truely works is most likely going to be wrong. This is a guy who can't accept the idea that there is someone that is stronger than himself and if this person is able to show any strength, that means that only way that is possible for him is that the person possesses the use of a devil fruit.**
Mihawk, does not necessarily have to enter the ship, he can strike it from anywhere and any place. <_< Unlike a talented swordsman who can act and think for himself.
**Mihawk defeated Zoro, completely and utterly with no difficulty.
Maybe because you haven't realized that Mihawk is the greatest swordsman of the One Piece world for a reason.**
I never stated that Zoro can defeat Mihawk, Hell i'll even admit that he's the greatest swordsman in One Piece, but i will NOT admit that he can surpass the majesty of Kenshin. <_<
