if you do 1 or 2 years at the gym and you want to try something like steroids try theβ¦.how is it called? i think ti is called raising hormon or something like that
that hormon (hope this is the right spelling) is in injections but you will need to do some tests first,if you are healthy you can take them or else it will make a disease you have like cancer or aids worse
though a therapy with those injections costs around 4000 dollars for six months and that is the cheap one,and if you do that you have to do injections with those hormons and some other injections to the liver and you need to do blood tests every week to see if your body can deal with it
steroids in pills are way cheeper cuz they gain not even the half muscle weight the injections do and they are extremely dangerous for your liver,kidneys and stuff

I'm a wee bit skinny right now. And I want to know if there a good way to gain body mass and muscle mass I'm going to try to lift weights and what not during the summer but I know I need to do more then that but I have no clue what?
And I don't know too many stretches and I really want to avoid having unneeded arm and body pain.
well i was never skinny but i have gained many muscle till now after years of practice in the gym
there are some steps:
1.go to a gym,lifting weights in home doesn't help,you have to do a program according to your body structure and keep a balance with muscle IN ALL THE PARTS OF YOUR BODY,big backs with small legs looks like shit
2.take a diet,that may not be the right word but you know what i mean
3.learn to eat many times a day
4.stop eating junk food and especially everything that has sugar,in the gym they told us that sugar cuts the protein of the muscles and you need about 2 hours of practise to throw out of your body some grmmars of sugar,s basically if you eat a little sugar b4 practise and then go to the gym it is like you never did it,if you do that for a straight month you just lost a month in the gym
protein and metabolism are the key words,when you want to lose weight you have to eat many times a day but in small amounts of food,when you want to gain weight you must eat many times a day bigger amounts of food
in the beginning if you are really skinny your diet will have bananas and stuff like that,there are some foods that help you get mass that isn't neither muscle nor extra pounds,it is something like a food to the muscles
that diet is givven to really skinny people,you will gain about 7-8 kilos in one month and only the 1 or 2 will be extra pounds
after that period the diet is standard for all people: yogurt with low fat in the morning,chicken with salad in the noon and night and protein shakes between and maybe another yogurt before eating dinner and perhaps some carbon (may be wrong in the word again) like rice or makaroni
and all these will be in the oven with no oil,kinda tasteless but muscle need sacrifices!!!
alsoo you may try creatine,though when you take it for 1 month you have to do a 1 and a half month break cuz it exhausts the liver
so go to the gym,do the exercises right,that means SLOW and in the way they show you,with a right stance of the body,do litlle breaks between exercises cuz the bllod pressure will fall and never do more than 10 repeats of an exercise in your case,rock lee's way of training for example may seem best int he eye but in fact it is the worse,you must do little breaks for the oxygen to enter the muscles but not big enough cuz of the blood pressure
eat everyday 6 to 7 times with the meals the diet has,cut the trash food and have patience and do not fool to prove you can lift many weights,i did that for a bet without warming up and my left arm got injured for a month
also i recommend taking the diet from the gym,it might not be perfect but it will surely have all the foods that give protein to your muscles and concetrate on your needs
and remember protein is made from milk nowadays,creatine is natural too but the original creatine is in the meat in small amounts and we take too much breatine with the packs the gyms sell
and three last things:find a place that sells protein (i suggest maxmuscle or muscletech) ,creatine,multi vitamins and stuff cuz the gyms sell them in double price at least and do not be tempted by steroids
many will say they don't do harm but that is right if you are extremely carefull.steroids need extreme dedication,if you take a steroid and go drink some whiskey in a club,with 3 drinks you may have a heart attack,and that is what i mean by extreme dedication,also drugs with steroids are certain heart attack
and if the steroids were safe,the injections that are the "safe" one wouldn't need to do blood tests every week,would they??? many frineds of mine from the gym have taken steroids but when i wanted to take they all warned me cuz i am 20 (i started going from 17 and a half to the gym but the man who had the gym was a friend with my dad so he expalined may things) and i couldn't control myself and an extra drink could do some serious damage
and the last,you may have some friends that go to the gum for many years and remained the same for a very long time after the beginning and you may know people that went there for 6 months and the differance was outstanding!! this is cuz if you don't eat well the muscles won't have food to gain more mass
and remember the mass in the muscles doesn't get bigger the moment you train but when you are sleeping,so
