What I meant by the first part is that you calling someone super-weak and getting injured by them is you underestimating them. Overestimating them would have you completely crushing them. With Luffy he intended to have level of injury he had while I doubt Sanji wanted to be tossed around by Wanze.
But was he injured by martial arts? No. That's when he said "super-weak," as I assume Null put it. He called the Ramen weak, and we can't be too sure if it was strong; he used it to throw Sanji, not directly hit him.
T-bone can do the same type of attack. Zoro is the one who had to fight T-bone so it's most likely that Zoro using the form of attack he did would most likely the quickest fashion without getting injured along with not having the sea train damaged. In the end, Zoro still defeated T-bone quickly without any damage.
Yeah, T-Bone sent a projectile. Zoro has the 108 Pound Cannon. I don't see T breaking that. And last I checked, having your projectile broken doesn't harm you, so even if it was stronger than the 108 Pounder, Zoro could have been ale to do something else.
And how do you know whether Zoro didn't know if he could get T-bone out of the way with the way he attacked T-bone? You can't call something foolish when in the end the method of attack leads to the complete defeat of an opponent without being damaged whatsoever.
So you think victory and being unscathed is all that matters? Oh, okay then. But the fact remains that Zoro couldn't tell just how strong he was before going sword to sword with him. He said to himself that T was gonna be good. If he believed it'd be an absolute victory, why would he have said that the way he did?
What do you mean remembering? It's the first time he has ever used the breath. Mr.1 said it best himself, that Zoro surpassed his current self in that fight.

Now you think I don't believe he grew as a fighter…..just remember that he had a small flashback. The fact that he was able to have it is luck.
And true Mog, he it wasn't really blind, but he had no idea if there was more to T than just the Bon Oodori.
