One day, I'm going to finally get the hang of this multi-quote thing. one day….
@Shinobu:
2 thoughts on this: A lynch today would go against what I personally think will benefit town. As if it is more outnumbered terms, actively seeking a lynch would have more chances in resulting in a dead member of town, which is always gonna be a bad thing.
A lynch always has a greater chance of killing a townie, it's because of that fact that the game keeps going. This is going to be a short game, we can't just sit on our butts and wait while the mafia picks people off just so that we increase our chances of hitting one. If you aren't happy with the available evidence then start trying to dig some more up.
@Foolio:
Also why are people calling Jabberwok's claim a "soft claim?" What's soft about it? He literally stated he was a Vanilla Townie. We don't know what his item is (and I don't want to know) but that's irrelevant if his claim is that it does nothing.
Is that not the term for it? I always figured this is what was used when someone casually claimed in the middle of post without making it more declarative.
@Space:@Woody: Howdo you read Jabber's claim His claim as a vanilla does give me some insight into the amount of mafia we're dealing with. If he is being truthful then I'd say one mafia is likely, 5/2 is much too heavy in the mafia's favor without giving the town a major power role advantage. You don't normally see games with just one vanilla town where there is one vanilla there is another. Perhaps if the store had opened sooner then the mafia advantage could have been negated but alas, it hasn't. Of course, if he isn't telling the truth then it opens it back up for a 5/2, in which case we lynch that sucker.
@Jabberwok:I'd really like to here more from SuDK and Wooden since they've each only posted once today. Wooden in particular hasn't posted in the last 14 hours with no real explanation for his inactivity this morning.
I stated pretty plainly in my last post that I'd be back in the afternoon, wasn't aware I needed to give a detailed account of how my morning was spent.@Jabs: You say that 1 mafia is the most likely scenario, which as I said I agree with if you're telling the truth. Which means priority number one should be lynching while it is still advantageous for the town to do so. You don't have much in the way of suspicions, do you think that the mafia might be flying under the radar for now?
@Foolio: Let's assume Jabs is being truthful, do you still think that there would be 2 mafia in that situation?
