I don't see the appeal of this topic and I'm not sure which side to take. Hopefully tomorrow I can figure all this out.
! I work in retail, and often see dogs getting carried around in shopping carts. Holy hell, do they love it. It's like a rolling coaster for them cause they just can't get over the concept of moving while not actually using their legs. I remember one dog in particular, a fat yellow (yes yellow) bull dog that was also old and ugly. Like, it had a white eye, parts of his thin fur was missing, and he probably couldn't move without the cart. Yet, he was being pushed by a crew of like 4 construction workers who'd take breaks from shopping to pet him, and this dog reacted to them with a warm familiarity. Then I thought that, clearly, this thing was loved. It was a sweet sight.
