No, for all raids is guarantee a drop for the highest difficulty, in this case is ultimate

That's the thing for me. Usually Dofla is no problem for me, my team is strong enough and I've beaten him easily several times in the past. But now the excitement of having a Dofla raid with half stamina and the double special level up chance seems to be too much. I get distracted all the time and miss my perfects, causing me to lose.. ;__;
The 5 copies I got by now all didn't lead to a special level up either, so I'm starting to think that I'll just skip it and do him whenever he appears normally. -.-" -
I'm still gonna go for it. I was planning to use all the gems I have, but I'll probably leave a few to try my luck with the Bride Rare Recruit

I really wanted that bride robin for my sengoku team (all limited charaters cost 20 even in japan) but i really don't want to risk it.
On a side note, I really hate breed fortnight. I have everyone maxed already (except legend ace which I don't have) but breed refuse to give me the last socket. I spend the last 9 trying and nothing, wich don't see so bad right? except that for 9 copies I ran his FN like 45 times. what is wrong with his drop rate ?

I feel your pain. For me it was Kuro's FN. I ran it what felt like a million times over the last days. Only 5 manuals for GPU dropped. Despite skill up event, none of them led to a skill level increase. )=

Got Bride Nami finally and I also got the Risky Bros conveniently. So I think I got all the important people.
There are four different versions of the boss: Nami alone, with Lola, with Absalom and with Sanji and Absalom. The first one blocks STR/DEX/QCK specials during 5 turns, the second one has inmunity for 6 turns and the other two blind you.
Absalom is the FN one (useful to evolve Lola) and Sanji is the Story one

I usually use the books for characters I don't have on other characters since you can't be sure how long it will take to get said character. And as far as I know books have a chance to level up a characters special

Same here. I'm still missing a whole bunch of characters as well. Since the books take up too much space, I just use them on other characters. They give decent experience (5000) while they are basically worthless to sell. They are awesome when you have the characters since they allow you to increase the special level meaning the cool down time for the special will become shorter.
Also, from what I understand, it is less about having the actual character and more about having a character with the same special name (has to be same name not just same effect). Therefore, there should be several characters where you can use the skill book both on their evolved and unevolved form. Also, in rare cases different characters like the giants Dorry and Broggy have the same special name so it should work there as well. -

Bad luck. VERY bad luck. But it's true that since they took out the East Blue characters a few months ago the Strawhats have become a lot more common…

thats terrible luck man, if you have some more gems (there is some time since they take chuu out of the RR pool) wait for the sugo and do a multipull. I got 3 new characters last time (sai, gladius and kyros) and some other good ones (but dupes, like moriah, kalifa and robin) . for me its been a while since I pulled that many new characters, so I took as a win
on a side note, I keep track of all characters in the RR pool, and with 2 or 3 more batches I will have less than half of good RR characters so I will start to pull again. unfortunatly I do have every bad character (silvers/fake golds) so its always a thing

For the collectors out there, note that the Straw Hat event has a chance of dropping V1 Int Franky, a form that is otherwise only attainable through Story Mode farming in W7.

On a side note, I finally caught up in getting every unique Story Mode character and event character in the game, including every final evolved form (both Crocs, both Lucci, etc) and otherwise garbage story-only characters such as the Sea Cat, Franky Family Gunner/Axeman/Spearman, Watch Dogs of the Government, etc. The vast majority of which have equally low drop rates.

Zephyr is one of the best (and few) Shooter attack boosters, and SW Ace is the ideal best captain for a Shooter crew.
Aside from that… well, it's annoying to know that the original game has a content that is being denied to us global players forreasons no one has bothered to explain. And this was the last straw, the definitive "nope, you're not touching this"

He's got a 3-stage special and at MAX he will boost shooter characters x2 for one turn. Thats pretty good! But since we haven't gotten Colosseum to begin with it may take a while -

Byrnndi's not a filler character, he's a TV special character. Even though the 3D2Y special was made to fit into the canon timeline like Breed's filler arc. Even though it could technically fit, Byrnndi is just as likely as that annoying Vice Admiral and Chain Guy from the other two specials to be available to global audiences.
In other words, don't get too hopeful just yet.

It may also vary depending on the game, but Burning Blood already has Guild Tesoro and they'll also get Lucci with that movie's costume.

They're mostly "Hey, it's summer, have some eye candy", like the brides. These islands don't give skillbooks, but they apparently give Cotton Candies, and it's never bad to have duplicate Strawhats to socket other Strawhats in your box (I'm gonna finish socketing Towel Nami and 3D2Y Robin with these)

As long as they're islands and I can grind for them. I'm not far so just having them is a good thing for me XD Especially the likes of Robin and Perona who I'm still months/years away from finding in the main game (still on Whisky Peak) I kinda just thinking I should keep my gems for the Sugoi fest on Saturday

Summer Robin sounds quite nice if her stats are okay. Then again, only 1.5x boost as a captain ability is pretty bad. I guess Perona ist better as a sub then.
Still, lots of sockets. Btw: who is better - Voyage Dream Nami or Noland for my Int burst team?
Ive been running a double Ray + Moria + Vergo + Robin + Nami/Noland team lately which is quite badass imho. The upside of Noland would be that I could use Robin for one turn and Vergo for the other if necessary.
