Roci's DF seems to be the ultimate plot-element at least for Oda.
Oda doesn't need soundless fruit for that. He did it in PH by just showing Law and Luffy talking from a distance, when Luffy asked him which Yonkou was the target. We only found out how the conversation went when Law was flashbacking it after the arc was resolved.
Well we already know about Apoo. But he doesn't manipulate sound, he just turns into instruments which then shoot out soundblasts. I'm talking about a person who could shoot out soundwaves the same way Foxxy shoots out slow beams.
As for Corazon's ability, it's a given for assasinations and surprise attacks.
But just saying, it's possible he can do more than just create a soundproof area. Don't know why that's so hard to agree with.
Well, if you want a more "out there" application, then I guess he could reflect/repel soundwaves like how Kuma repels air, but he would need an external source of sound for that.
His fruit could also be used to block CoO, as that ability utilizes a sort of hearing concept.
It has to fit with the concept of soundproofing though. Soundwaves are essentially the opposite concept, like light and dark. His fruit is less sound manipulation and more silence manipulation.

And Kuma can take the abstract concept of pain, remove it from someone's body, and manifest it into a tangible ball which has absolutely no relation to the title of "Paw Man" he gives himself at a glance.

Looking at higher resolution, it's very, very unlikely. The person on the right has some vague resemblance, but too vague and it's most certain Oda didn't have Sabo planned this early in the story. Let alone the whole backstory plot.

Is that speculation or do you base it on something Oda mentioned in an interview or something?
Because as far as I know we can't know if Sabo was planned at that time or not. We did see Rayleigh in an even earlier flashback by Buggy and the guy appeared again almost 500 chapters later.

Sabo was clearly and beyond any doub designed specifically for the New World, to be a new Ace character and his introduction after Marineford was an obvious retcon. A very well handled retcon that fits, but none the less.

We can speculate as long as we want, but without evidence it's just empty talk.
If Oda could show Rayleigh and bring him into story 500 chapters later, he could have done the same with Sabo. Mind you, he might not even have been Sabo at that time. Oda could just have had basic appearance and position in mind. Like, it's a young man that wears top hat and is part of Dragon's revolutionary army.
Sure, it's fairly possible it's not Sabo, but I don't see anything that would make it deffinitive.

I'm going to have to disagree with you there, sir. Ace's tattoo is proof that Sabo was in fact planned that far ahead. Ace shows up at Drum and in Alabasta. It was planned pretty far ahead.

It's not like Oda couldn't have had any ideas just because he wasn't sure he was going to finish his work. And the fact he planned so far advance is one of the reasons why OP turned out so good.

Luffy's scar had meaning in it as it served to establish Luffy's courage/recklessness and wish to be a pirate. It wasn't a gag (at least not entirely).

Like in this situation. That cilinder dude could be Sabo. Or he wasn't yet Sabo at that time, just a concept which shaped up with time. Or it's just nobody, a slightly different figure to change the monotony of the crowd.
Or Ace's tattoo. Maybe he got crossed out S in memory of Sabo. Or it started out as a gag, then Oda found a way to give it deeper meaning with the name of the guy who may or may not have been present at Luffy's execution at Loguetown.
Just saying, there's no way to know for sure if all the foreshadowings were really foreshadowings or if some of them turned out as ones by some creative writing.
